In Bhutan, there is a saying that
“one who cannot fire an arrow is not a Bhutanese”
meaning each Bhutanese can play archery.
However, today’s Bhutaneses use bows and arrows not for hunting nor battles.
It is a continuation of the traditional culture, which became a national sport.
It is one of the few Olympic Games that the country participates in.
It is also an important family and social event.

【理大抗爭者像被學校無理清拆】
為紀念「反送中運動」一週年，一眾熱心的理大同學以石膏製造了一個以「抗爭者」為形的石膏像，在學生會同意及支持下，同學早在6月11日清晨把石膏像放置學生會大樓內，並用圍板封住，而石膏像在2020年6月12日始於學生會大樓公開展覽。
在今日約下午三時，理大校方在未經知會學生會的情況下安排黑人保安及校方人員強行抬走石膏像，並造成嚴重破壞。學校理應是開放、自由、包容之地，如今學校連一個藝術品、一尊石膏像都容不下，肆意破壞學生作品。
然而，這亦非校方首次就此石膏像擺設作出干預，校方對此像多作刁難，聲稱校方安全及環境事務處(HSEO)要到場考察，以確保石像的結構安全及不會造成倒塌等評估，並要求學生會圍起石像等等。
本會對學校粗暴破壞學生會的展品予以最嚴厲的譴責，就此要求學校作出賠償、公開移除原因並道歉，本會亦不排除以司法程序向校方索償。

[Condemnation of the Removal and Damage to the Memorial Statue]
Recently, some students builded a statue and placed it at the VA building to commemorate the anniversary of 612 upon approval and support by the Union..
However, at around 3 p.m. today, University securities and officers removed the statue without prior notice to the Union. The statue was damaged seriously during the removal. University is supposed to be a free and open place. In contatory, the University could not even withstand a statue and a piece of art, to remove with no tolerance.
This is not the first time the University has interfered with our display of this memorial statue. Before the day of 12 June, students had already placed the statue and covered it. However, the Health, Safety and Environment Office of the University visited and checked the statue deliberately, claiming that it is to ensure the safety of the environment.
The Union seriously condemned the University's act of undermining the Union facilities and demanding reparation and apology from the University. The Union reserves the right to claim the University through judicial means.
