Fun fact: I can’t tie a proper shoelace
My gift for this year is my new body and the better health. Two months before I was at 100 Kgs (fat35%) and that made my life completely chaos since I could not even bend down to tie a shoelace. Then I have realized that this is not right and I need to do something with it. So I started working out, diet and treat myself better. So let’s give yourself good gift by taking care of your health.
