【#Declaration: Please stop the Internet Bullying】
🔥You do not need to support my situation, but for a better world, we should all support that bullies have to face the consequences.
In the past three years, I have been informed by friends, students, teachers, and witnessed myself that dancer ＃BenHsu, who is known as #AkumaDivaXtravaganza, along with his students have made derogatory remarks about my personal life. With his hostile smear, he has not only attacked me in person but the rumors he has conjured up has affected my family, my career, and my reputation.
🔸How all this started
Partnership is a very complicated matter. There are often disputes. When the interior contractor, who is Ben Hsu's father, cheated, Ben supported filing a lawsuit during the board meeting. However, after everything was filed to the court, he changed his stance. Our expectation is justice will be served with the completion of the lawsuit litigation. In the meantime, we can not quietly allow fake news to damage the company, its members, our livelihood, my family, and my reputation.
🔸What happened
He described that I've had a complicated sex relationship, he said I am anti-gay, he's made fun of my look, and gossiped that my family doesn't want me because I am a freak. Sometimes he has slandered my marriage. He used numerous terms to describe me; anal, cunt, itchy pussy, plastic face …these literal words in his online posts. It's not only the content that he writes is mostly fake, but also those dirty words came from a international dance instructor is horrific.
We've asked him to stop, but his seems he gets more crazed each day. We are forced to put these discords to the court.
🔸 The reason we choose to fight back
1️⃣ Misogyny/slut-shaming should not be use in any fight
I was close with Ben. I told him my personal life, such as how bad my family hurt me and he knew about my husband had, had an affair, Ben has used my trust with him as a weapon since we went separate ways.
No one should talk poorly of someone's family or their marriage. It simply hurts enough for any human being to endure.
Plus, there should be zero tolerance about slut-shaming and Misogyny. No one should talk smak about their look and their personal life choices anyway.
2️⃣ Character as a dance educator
Ben Hsu once accused me for fraud, and publicized this matter in an attempt that public opinion can destroy my name. What he didn't mention is that ultimately he failed the lawsuit.
Today, if the slander had not influenced our company's reputation I might still keep silence. For my family, company, my students, and their parents, I have always been a trustworthy person, a reliable partner, and experienced. You all have the right to know the truth, and the truth will come out in the court.
Bullying is not okay! This is my duty to teach my kids in the classroom and cultivate the spirits of hip-hop. We should also pay attention to our character.
