Billie Zangewa, the South Africa-based visual artist, discusses the textile work she created specially for the 'Christian Dior: Designer of Dreams' exhibition on.dior.com/designer-of-dreams at the Brooklyn Museum. Working with her medium of choice, silk, she sewed pieces of the fabric into a subtly striking collage depicting the founding couturier fitting a model.

Sin Kee is a household name when it comes to chicken rice. The brand was started in 1971 by the elder Mr. Leong. Niven continued the legacy by opening a stall in Ubi DMQ Eating House.
He only uses fresh chicken which is tender. The chicken is chopped into large chunks, and they try to keep the meat on the bone to retain as much of its natural flavour as possible. It was served with subtly aromatic rice. Pair it with their homemade ginger, chilli and lots of pork lard.
