臀部肌肉訓練:以三個姿勢(仰臥、側身、俯臥)三個方向(上/下、開/合、左/右)提腿。
地點:你瞓得到嘅空間,得閒無事都可以踢吓 🛌
以慢或中速度提腿,進行多角度剌激臀部不同的肌肉群組,腹肌及核心肌群亦會參與!每個動作做10次,加加埋埋咁就做咗180下㗎啦!包你人魚線快快重見天日🧜🏻♀️
🥋完成提腿訓練再踢下空手道嘅腳法,例如:前蹴 Mar e Geri、橫蹴上 Yoko Geri Keage、後蹴 Ushiro Geri。

Hip muscles: raise the leg in three positions (supine, sideways, prone) in three directions (up/down, open/close, left/right).
Location: Anywhere you can lie down, you can do it anytime 🛌
Lift the leg at a slow or medium speed to stimulate the different muscle groups of the buttocks from multiple angles. Abdominal and core muscle groups will also involve. Do each action 10 times, so there are 180 reps in total! Then you will find your V-sharp soon🧜🏻♀️
🥋After completing this exercises, you can do some karate kicking, such as Front Kick (Mae Geri), Side kick (Yoko Geri Keage), and back kick (Ushiro Geri).
