主角 + is/am/are + used to + n.

used to在這裡是形容詞+介係詞，因為是形容詞，所以需要be動詞，因為to是介係詞，所以後面才加名詞
Be used to講的是一個現在有的習慣

I am used to cooking every day.
我習慣每天煮菜。
