【承先賢之志燃革命之火︱#各大專院校的校訓】
校訓是對學校校長、老師、學生以至職員的行為規範。根據《辭海》所指：學校為訓育之便利，選若幹德育條目製成匾額，懸見于校中公見之地，是為校訓。其目的在于使個人隨時註意而實踐之。

那麼，香港眾多大學中，其校訓又是什麼，教職員和學生又有實踐之嗎？

無正式校訓

2. 香港大學：
眀徳格物 Sapientia et Virtus

3. 香港中文大學：
博文約禮 Through learning and temperance to virtue

- 崇基學院：

雖然科技大學並無正式校訓，但校內同學打趣地認為校內常見的句子「上一層、落兩層，請使用樓梯」是他們的另類校訓。

2014年雨傘運動期間，科大巴士北站往賽馬會大堂小徑（青蛙路）出現「希望在於人民，改變始於抗爭」，不少同學認為當中的意思可以媲美校訓。

無獨有偶，反送中運動期間，港大百周年牆上的「承先賢之志燃革命之火」，也許是港大配合這個時代的新校訓吧。
