This is for anyone who is unable to go running or gymming nowadays due to #Covid19 and not sure how to exercise at home effectively. What I’m doing here is #HIIT (high intensity interval training).
- Jump x1
- Bicycle Pumps x5
- Push-Up x1
- Lunges x5
Do continuously for 1 minute, rest 20-30 seconds (based on your fitness level) and repeat it 10 times. I guarantee you’d be perspiring and panting like mad by the end of it 😉
Doing just 10 minutes of HIIT burns more calories & fat than running 30mins on a threadmill and my favourite thing about it is I continue to burn calories & fat even after I’m done with training. This is because HIIT stimulates our body’s production of the human growth hormone by up to 450 percent (HGH also slows down our aging process!) and as a result, our metabolic rate stays higher for up to 24 hours after training is done. If anyone out there is looking to burn belly fat and get your six pack, I highly recommend doing HIIT. Do remember to couple your training with a healthy and clean diet. Training is really just 10% of the journey to a trim & fit body 💪🏻🥑🥩🌽🍠🍳🍖

🌟 Ladies! Reasons to do your squats.
.
🤓 Squats! Simply one of the best exercises that you can do (along with deadlifts). They have a shed load of benefits and for the majority, should be programmed in to their training plan in some form. What are the benefits and why should you be getting that arse to grass and squatting?
.
👩🏼🔬 Squats predominately target the leg muscles however they also create an anabolic (muscle building) environment in the human body which promotes body wide muscle building. Doing heavy squats and lifting weights in general also triggers a release of testosterone and growth hormone, both of which are vital for muscle growth. Therefore squatting will improve not only your lower body/ bootay but will help build muscle else where to.
.
🔥 Muscle also burns fat, so by squatting and building muscle you will burn far more calories day to day… right result ey!?
.
🦖I don’t know if you noticed but humans in everyday life have been squatting since the beginning of time. It’s a hugely common everyday movement, so developing it and perfecting it would be hugely beneficial.
.
👵🏼 Squats also help you maintain and develop your mobility and balance which is pretty important as you get older! They place great emphasis on developing the core and stabiliser muscles. Want a strong and defined core? Squats are going to help you achieve that!
.
🧟♀️ Increased sporting performance is another huge benefit, want to jump higher, run faster? Then squat. You might not be an athletic or sporty sort of person. However i’m sure that at some point you might want to run around playing with your kids or chase after your partner for leaving the toilet seat up. so wouldn’t hurt to be good at running and jumping right!? Or maybe it might be a good idea to get ready for the zombie apocalypse!
.
🍑 Squats when done correctly will help you build a nice peachy derrière. I don’t know if you noticed but lot’s of guys are now pretty obsessed with a girl that does their squats!
.
👀 However (disclaimer)… Be warned…If you squat regularly then guys are far more likely to stare at your butt! Sorry!

1️⃣Single Arm Dumbbell Snatch
2️⃣Kettle Bell Swing
3️⃣Box Jump
4️⃣Step-Up Jump
Increasing a vertical jump requires that an athlete absorb force well, momentarily stop and transfer the stored energy into force production. Today we are going to introduce 4 different movements that will focus more on the force production aspect.
1.) Single Arm Dumbbells Snatch
2.) Kettlebell swing
3.) Box Jump
4.) Step Ups Jumps.
These exercises will teach an athlete how to produce greater amounts of force in a shorter period of time, leading to higher vertical jumps, easily getting by your defender and faster sprint speeds! Enjoy everyone!!

Often we look at relate explosiveness to Rate of Force Development (RFD) While that is important, we often for get that in order to produce a lot of force, we must first be able to absorb a lot of force quickly and most importantly safely. Today we will go over hurdle jump series that will:
1⃣ Teach how to absorb force on two legs and one leg
2⃣ In multiple planes of motion
3⃣ To Change Direction quicker and safer
Add these hurdle jumps into your training, and notice how easy it is to blow by defenders during crossovers and change of direction moves.
