NATURAL DISASTERS ARE NO JOKE! The streets were empty, airport was totally shut down and the whole of Guangzhou was literally a ghost town when the typhoon warning came on. Luckily the crew and I managed to come back to Singapore safely and it was still a fruitful trip x

The Hong Kong observatory issued a signal 10 storm warning on Wednesday morning (Aug 23, 2017), its highest weather warning.
By 1030 in the morning, the observatory had recorded maximum wind gusts up to 192 km per hour (120 miles)
