ทันทีที่พี่มล @monjirawan ชวนเรากลับเข้าป่าเพื่อไปเรียนรู้วิถีชีวิตผึ้ง และตามหาน้ำผึ้งป่ากัน เรารีบเย็บหมวกและบินขึ้นเชียงใหม่อีกครั้ง 🤩🌼 ป่าไหนที่มีปริมาณรังผึ้งเยอะ แสดงถึงความอุดมสมบูรณ์ของป่านั้น การเก็บน้ำผึ้งป่าเดือนห้าจากป่าชุมชนบ้านหัวทุ่ง เชียงดาว แสดงให้เห็นชุมชนตัวอย่างที่ดี ร่วมใจกันดูแลรักษาให้อุดมสมบูรณ์อยู่เสมอ มีดูแลรักษาป่า การปลูกป่า เฝ้าระวังไฟป่า ดูแลการลักลอบทำลายป่า จนทำให้ระบบนิเวศในป่าเกิดความสมบูรณ์ยาวนาน เกือบ 100 ปี โดยครั้งนี้เราจะไปเรียนรู้ตั้งแต่วิธีการเก็บน้ำผึ้งบนต้นไม้ 🍯🐝การเก็บน้ำผึ้งป่าในแต่ละปี จะเก็บแต่ส่วนรังที่สะสมน้ำผึ้งเท่านั่น พื้นที่รังตัวอ่อนและนางพญาชุมชนจะคงรักษาไว้เพื่อให้ขยายพันธุ์ต่อไป 😊 เรียนรู้วิธีแยกน้ำผึ้งออกจากรัง วิธีการกรองให้ได้น้ำผึ้งที่สะอาด บริสุทธิ์ ผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำผึ้งป่า ในแต่ละปี จะจำหน่ายในชุมชนแบ่งปันให้คนในชุมชนได้ทานเป็นยา และรายได้จากการจำหน่ายทั้งหมด นำไปเข้ากองทุนฟื้นฟูป่าแห่งนี้ต่อไป นับได้ว่า เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เกิดจาก คนดูแลป่า ป่าดูแลผึ้ง และผึ้งก็ให้รายได้ ไปดูแลป่าคืนกลับเป็นวงจรเกื้อกูลแบบนี้ต่อไป นี่คือตัวอย่างการใช้ประโยชน์จากป่าแบบยั่งยืนของชุมชนเล็กใน อ.เชียงดาว จ.เชียงใหม่ 🤜🏼

Save the Bees 🐝 ผึ้งพาอาศัย
It takes more than soil, water, and sunshine to make the world green. Bees are our most important pollinators. As bees move from flower to flower in search of nectar, they leave behind grains of pollen on the sticky surface, allowing plants to grow and produce food. Bees are responsible for the production of many seeds, nuts, berries, and fruit, which serve as a vital food source for wild animals. Bees produce honey to feed their colonies. Humans have harvested honey for thousands of years, but we aren’t the only ones who consider it a sweet snack. Critters like birds, racoons, opossums, and insects will raid beehives for a taste of nutritious honey too!!
Unfortunately, bee populations here and around the world are in decline. Bees suffer habitat loss from development, abandoned farms, and the lack of bee-friendly flowers. Some colonies collapse due to plants treated with neonicotinoid pesticides, or harmful parasites like mites.
No bees = no life!!

วิชา ผึ้งน้อยสีเหลือง

ผึ้งสำคัญมากๆในระบบนิเวศทางธรรมชาติ เพราะ‘ผึ้ง’ เป็นตัวแพร่เกสร ช่วยทำให้เกิดการผสมพันธุ์ของพืชในป่า และในการเกษตรกรรม 🌳🌳 ความสมดุลของระบบนิเวศและการอยู่รอดของมนุษย์ขึ้นอยู่กับผึ้งเลยก็ว่าได้ หากขาดผึ้งไปก็จะไม่มีการสืบทอดเผ่าพันธุ์ของต้นไม้ในป่า มีรายงานข่าวจากพื้นที่หลายแห่งทั่วโลกว่า ประชากรผึ้งลดลงอย่างรวดเร็ว เกิดปรากฏการณ์ผึ้งตายยกรังกระจายไปทั่วโลก “รังผึ้งล่มสลาย”(colony collapse disorder) เป็นผลมาจากการใช้สารเคมี ยาฆ่าแมลง ปุ๋ยเคมีอย่างกว้างขวางในพื้นที่การเกษตร อีกอย่างคือพื้นที่ป่าที่หายไป เพื่อเปลี่ยนเป็นพื้นที่การเกษตรขนาดใหญ่ทำให้ดอกไม้นานาชนิดในป่าก็หายไปด้วย 😭 เมื่อฝูงผึ้งค่อย ๆ หายไปในระบบนิเวศส่งผลให้ไม่มีตัวกลางในการทำให้เกิดการผสมเกสรของดอกไม้ในพืชผล จึงไม่เกิดผลิตผลทางการเกษตร ผักและผลไม้ รวมดอกไม้ป่าอีกหลายชนิดก็จะสูญพันธุ์ตามผึ้งไป สภาพต้นไม้ในป่าจะเป็นอย่างไรในอนาคต หากไม่มีตัวผสมเกสรอีกต่อไป ไม่น่าเชื่อว่า สัตว์ตัวจิ๋วจะมีบทบาทสำคัญที่ชี้เป็นชี้ตายมนุษย์ทั้งโลกได้ รังผึ้งล่มสลาย น่ากลัวพอๆกับ plastic pollution หรือ ปะการังฟอกขาวเลย

‘BEE’ RESPECTFUL
วิชา การใช้ประโยชน์จากป่าแบบยั่งยืนของชุมชนเล็ก
น้ำผึ้งธรรมชาติ นับเป็นผลผลิตแสนพิเศษที่ธรรมชาติมอบให้แก่มนุษยชาติไว้เติมความอร่อย รวมถึงการเป็นยารักษาโรคที่ช่วยชีวิตมนุษย์มานานนับ พันปี น้ำผึ้งหลวงมีสรรพคุณเป็นยา เพราะผึ้งหลวงบินสูง ทำรังสูง ดอกไม้ส่วนใหญ่ที่อยู่ระดับนั้นมีฤทธิ์เป็นสมุนไพร ทำให้น้ำผึ้งมีสรรพคุณทางยาตามไปด้วย น้ำผึ้งหลวงแต่ละรังก็มีสรรพคุณไม่เหมือนกัน เพราะป่าแต่ละบริเวณมีพืชพรรณแตกต่างกัน ส่วนน้ำผึ้งของแต่ละปี เป็นรสชาติที่สื่อสารเรื่องราวที่เกิดขึ้นในปีนั้นๆอีกด้วย 😊
การมีผึ้งที่ช่วยผสมเกสรจะช่วยให้ป่าที่นี่อุดมสมบูรณ์ วิธีการเก็บน้ำผึ้ง การไล่ผึ้งของชาวบ้านที่นี้ ที่ไม่ทำร้ายและไม่ทำลายธรรมชาติให้เสียหาย นับว่าเป็นการอยู่ด้วยกันและการใช้ประโยชน์จากป่าแบบยั่งยืนที่ดีจริงๆ

Bees are not just honey or wax producers, but that they also play the essential role of pollinator in our food production, and are key players in a healthy ecosystem. If we lost all bees tomorrow, our food sources would start to vanish. Chiangdao communities harvest honey made from nectar collected in the forest. This honey can be used as food or can be sold only to generate income for the forests’ maintenance where the people have looked after the forest for over 100 years.

One of the most perfidious myths in South Korea is that there exists two types of dogs—"meat dogs" and animal companions. It is one of the few countries in the world to make this baffling distinction. Of course dogs are dogs, and the reality is that any dog may end up in the dog meat trade, because there are no dogs bred specifically for the purpose of human consumption. Tragically, any dog—former companions abandoned or abducted, dogs from puppy mills, shelters, closed auctions, purebreds—can be processed for food. So how do we reconcile when a dog is considered a companion at home but the same dog out on the street is considered meat? The truth is to recognize this industry of horror, which traffics in lies, profit, unimaginable cruelty, and a looming public health catastrophe for both humans and dogs.
