We came across this lovely restaurant by the sea while taking a stroll in the West Kowloon Cultural Area. The design of this restaurant is very modern with a cozy seating area so we decided to give it a try. The view is incredible!! We can see the iconic victoria harbor night view from our table, which makes it a particularly enjoyable dining experience!
We ordered 3 dishes in total. The crispy minced bean curd is a delight. The exterior of the bean curd is very crispy, while the tofu interior is soft and fluffy. The shrimp mousse and black mushrooms enhanced the flavor too!
The second dish is the signature Boneless Chicken Fillets. It is actually similar to the «mouthwatering chicken 口水雞», which is a famous dish in Sichuan Style. The boneless chicken fillets are very tender and very mouthwatering with the signature sauce made of spring onion, artichoke and chili sauce.
My favorite goes to the fried butter prawn with egg silk. The prawn is so crunchy and crispy! Not only the texture is excellent, but the flavor is also great. The use of salted egg does not cover the freshness of the prawns while giving it an indulging flavor.
Apart from the signature Chinese dishes, the restaurant also offers alcoholic drinks and dessert. It is such a pleasure to enjoy the cuisine with such nice night scenery. Highly recommended!
