PRODUCTS REVIEW - MOIA ELIXIRS
1. N°37 30ml
💡DETAILS: [Dropper bottle: CBD Raspberry Seed Oil, Sandalwood Essential] Raspberry oil with CBD is a very effective natural cosmetic product that is quickly absorbed, supports skin regeneration and protects against oxidative stress. Hydrates and revitalizes the skin. It removes pores of impurities and dead cells. It contains sandalwood, which helps to concentrate and harmonizes during emotional stress. It can be used as a tonic for hair nutrition or in the bath as aromatherapy.
🔴MY REVIEW: MOIA ELIXIRS N°37 with CBD formula can also be used as a daily hair care oil. Using it on my scalp, my scalp is healthier than before. In addition to protecting the skin, this product can also help keep the scalp healthy. Using one to two drops each time can effectively calm my scalp and keep my hair shiny without frizzy feeling. Highly recommend.
2. N°01 50ml
💡DETAILS: [Dropper bottle: CBD Marula Oil, Secret Essential Oils] It is quickly absorbed and supports skin regeneration. Hydrates and revitalizes the skin. The secret essential extracts contained in the product help with emotional strain, stress and at the same time have a stimulating effect. The oil also contains omega fatty acids, which are the key to healthy skin, as well as vitamins D and E. It can be used as a tonic for hair nutrition, or in the bath as aromatherapy.
🔴MY REVIEW: CBD has recently become a new favorite in the beauty industry. Its excellent calming, soothing and anti-inflammatory effects can effectively improve skin problems. My skin is sensitive to redness, so I will use this CBD-containing Marula skin care oil before going to bed. Only two to three drops each time can calm the skin, reduce redness, and protect the skin. The barrier is strengthened. If you have sensitive skin like me, then MOIA ELIXIRS N°01 is definitely worth a try! MOIA ELIXIRS N°01 can reduce skin inflammation, soothe the skin and balance oil. Another key effect is that CBD is rich in fatty acids, which can fill the gaps between skin cells and increase the water retention of skin cells, thereby achieving a very good moisturizing effect. Good product worth recommending!
3. 5% CBD drops 10ml
4. 10% CBD drops 10ml
5. 15% CBD drops 10ml
💡[3-5] DETAILS: [Full Spectrum Elixirs] Activates the endocannabinoid system, thereby supporting the immune system and beneficially acting on the body's natural processes, helping the immune system to be in balance. According to studies, it has a demonstrable effect on anxiety or depression, positively stimulates the brain and more. MOIA ELIXIRS with CBD harmonize the natural processes in the body, have a positive effect on heart rate, cholesterol levels, skin condition, muscle and joint function.
🔴[3-5] MY REVIEW: CBD is very popular in Asia in recent years. The reason is that CBD, an ingredient, has many functions to help the body and skin recover. Aiming at reducing fine lines and wrinkles, it has a skin repair and balance effect, helps moisturize dry skin, relieves skin redness and evens skin tone. Don't be scared by the literal meaning of CBD. CBD extracted from natural ingredients, although extracted from cannabis plants, is absolutely free of drugs and can be used legally and safely. CBD also has powerful benefits in oral health products. Because of its non-drug and non-toxicity, CBD will not cause problems such as dependence, drug resistance or addiction, and eating edible products with different contents of CBD can achieve different physical and mental effects. For example, the 5% low content I tried can help calm the mood and increase concentration. A moderate content of 10% can relax the mood and have a significant effect on reducing stress and anxiety. The high content of 15% is very effective in improving the quality and state of sleep, entering a deep golden sleep, allowing the body and spirit to be truly rested and restored. The non-medicinal sedative effect of CBD can help the body and muscles to relieve pain and rest, and accelerate the recovery of muscle cells. The above three products have a clear oil body, a light and non-greasy texture. They are easy to mix with saliva and quickly absorbed when eaten directly, or can be easily mixed with drinks for drinking without affecting the taste. I have used these three products for more than a month, and the products help relax stress, mental tension and other states. Significantly improve mood quality and achieve a relaxed, happy feeling of myself. It relieves body and muscle pain, and also helps muscle tissue to recover. After use, it can help sleep easier to fall asleep. Definitely recommend these.

Have you ever spent hours scrolling your phone…and suddenly realised half your day is gone? 😞
Have you ever felt empty after a weekend of Netflix binging and chatting online with people you never met in real life?🤔
Well, I did. And…I went on a diet.😆
If you have no idea what I’m talking about…let’s talk about “Mental Diet”!✅
Your Mental Diet is made up of what you think, what you read, who you spend time with, what you watch and who you follow. 😊
Just like fast food, negativity often tastes good for a short moment, but it will make you unhealthy in the long run. And Mental weight? It is the hardest to lose.
If you constantly stick with a group of people who only wants to stay in their comfort zone and constantly criticise people who work hard for self-improvement, it’s NO surprise that you’ll find yourself stuck in a negative state for years.
Yes, it is okay to let loose and enjoy your favourite show from time to time. But if you find yourself trapped in an loop of binge-watching meaningless videos for hours and hours, it is time to break free and READJUST your Mental Diet.
If your goal is to have a healthier mind, start by removing all the JUNK from your Mental Diet.🤗
It took me some time to realise this, but it is okay to leave people, things, habits behind, if all they do is holding you back. Your Mental Diet determines your Mental Health. And your Mental Health decides your future.
Be in CONTROL of your Mental Health today!💪

What is the stigma with the word VAGINA?
The answer is fear and centuries of misogyny and misunderstanding.
A study found that 65% of women are uncomfortable with using words like vagina and vulva, instead referring to it as “down there”. 45% of women don’t talk about their vaginal health with friends or family (I am the 65% stats), let alone their doctor. 50% of young women can’t correctly label a vagina on a medical diagram.
I teach my children the scientific words to describe their genitals after attending a talk on Sexual Harassment. The reason why most parents fail to see that their child was being sexually abused is due to this stigma as well as the improper usage of the word to describe their privates.
“Karipap” “Berbird” were words taught to these children as tots and so when an “Uncle” touched their genitals, they tried telling their parents but it didn’t really register.
“Ibu..haritu ada orang pegang Karipap adik”
Let’s try it differently.
“Ibu … Uncle tu pegang kemaluan/ faraj / vulva/ zakar/ vagina / penis saya!”
I am pretty sure there would be an immediate reaction, right?
A healthy vagina is paramount to a women’s physical, mental and emotional health. It is INCREDIBLY important that we talk about them and normalise the language. How are we to know what’s normal and what’s not if everyone is so vague about it? Some of the teens I speak to don’t even know that they could pregnant in their first sexual encounter!
Thank you to the naysayers who ‘tsk tsk tsk-ed” sanitary producers @libresse_my which resulted in them withdrawing their ad. This naturally riled up netizens!
Well, good news is Libresse has gained more advertorial exposure and more people are talking about Vaginal health - which was the main objective of their campaign. 😏
Am I offended by the artwork?
No.
People see and interpret things accordingly.
I’ve learnt, that our backgrounds, education and the circle of people that surrounds us makes up our beliefs, our values in life and the personality we breed.
We can’t please everyone can we?
Iklan jap. Use @bobble.it with my code: DAPHNE. They take vaginal health seriously. Stalk them to know more.

I share my story about mental illness with Dr Farihah of HDOK , Sandakan.
I think first of all, I would like to clarify what STIGMA and DISCRIMINATION means because sometimes the two are confused with each other.
STIGMA - someone sees you in a negative way because of your mental illness
DISCRIMINATION - someone treats you in a negative way because of your mental illness
So STIGMA happens when a person defines someone by their illness rather than WHO they are as an individual. For example, they might be labelled “psychotic” rather than “a person experiencing psychosis”.
Second is to understand what is a mental illness
There are many different conditions that are recognised as mental illnesses. The more common types are:
Anxiety disorders
Mood disorders (eg Bipolar)
Psychotic disorders - hallucinations, delusions , schizophrenia
Eating disorders - Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge eating
Impulse Control & Addiction disorders (kleptomaniac, pyromania, compulsive gambling)
Personality disorders
OCS
PTSD
Seven Things You Can Do to Reduce Stigma
* Know the facts. Educate yourself about mental illness including substance use disorders.
* Be aware of your attitudes and behaviour. Examine your own judgmental thinking, reinforced by upbringing and society.
* Choose your words carefully. The way we speak can affect the attitudes of others.
* Educate others. Pass on facts and positive attitudes; challenge myths and stereotypes.
* Focus on the positive. Mental illness, including addictions, are only part of anyone's larger picture.
* Support people. Treat everyone with dignity and respect; offer support and encouragement.
* Include everyone. It's against the law to deny jobs or services to anyone with these health issues.

I stumbled upon this fancy restaurant, Dos Mestizos which you can locate at the Main road, Station 1. Across Seawind Resort.
I was fascinated with how they seem to always get people to dine in and have drinks. On May 12, 2021, I visited the place and dined in and it was not a pleasant experience as I expected.
I am DJ Macky Suson, and I have been here in Boracay for two weeks. After living in Singapore for 10 years and suffered from mental health disorders, I chose Boracay as my place to recover. I have decided to review the places I go to, to help this beloved island improve on things it offers- food, a place to stay, drinks, activities, price and most importantly, the service.
I was greeted by the owner, if I am not mistaken with warm welcome which I expected as I always see him at the place talking to people. Dos Mestizo’s signature ‘Mestizo’ is traditional Spanish dishes elevated by complementing Filipino flavors and other carefully selected ingredients imported from Europe. The menu was not that comprehensive and all I could see was Paella. And so I thought, that’s probably what they are pushing and that’s their best selling food. I ordered a glass fresh pineapple juice, PAELLA VALENCIANA, small. The price was roughly 30 Singapore Dollars and I was expecting for it to be really good.
There was a complimentary bread that’s served and I actually loved it, specially the sauce. After finishing it, I thought, the paella could be better. It was not the case.
In Barcelona, they have a fast food for paella and most locals there said it’s bad. The truth is, my paella experience at that fast food in Barcelona was a lot way better than in Dos Meztisos.
PAELLA VALENCIANA looked great. I wish it tasted great but it was not the case. It was really dry to begin with. The rice seemed to be hit by El Niño as it was as dry as the season. The overall taste was okay. I mean for 30 Singapore Dollars, it’s unacceptable. The serving was good for 1 adult and one kid. The nightmare happened when I ate a portion of meat which tasted rotten. It seemed like it was placed in the fridge for months and they did not notice. It destroyed the entire experience. But at that time, I wanted to throw up but I could not because the owner was literally in front of me and so with other 3 guests.
This place is probably great for drinking but for food, I would not recommend for people to come here. I am happy I did not have food poisoning.
Next: I went to Ambassador in Paradise and tried their Night in Ambassador Cocktail. Was it great? Follow for the review. "Boracay Videography Service"
