[ 手繪：不只有 Ice Cream ! 🍦🍦🍦 世界上還有其他四種奇異的冰淇淋 ]

對我來說，最普遍的冰淇淋就是麥當勞賣的那種 10 元蛋捲冰淇淋了。（不知道是不是種文明病，我只要在歐洲綿延數十里的荒郊野外中看到麥當勞那黃色 M 招牌，就會突然心生安慰，放心不少，覺得不會在鄉間迷路）
長大點後才知道還有義大利 Gelato 的存在。Gelato 相較於普通冰淇淋有更多的牛奶成分，即較少的奶油和雞蛋（有時甚至完全沒放）。Gelato 製作過程較長，做好後也要一直放在控制好溫度的冰櫃裡，嘗起來比冰淇淋更軟更絲滑，口味也更濃郁。
⛄ 除此之外，阿拉斯加的冰淇淋 Akutaq 則是用馴鹿油脂，海豹油，雪以及梅果混合而成。（這會好吃嗎！？？）
🌱 而黎凡特的冰淇淋 Booza 則是以可以被拉得很長而聞名（上網看可以看到很多小販把桶子裡的 Booza 往上拉得超長，臉上沾沾自喜表情）。能夠有這種質地，是因為材料用了蘭花根和樹的乳香脂的關係。
🐮 最後，印度的 Kulfi 則是把牛奶和奶油加熱攪拌直到濃稠為止。很出乎意料的不加糖和雞蛋。現在很多 Kulfi 是用煉乳直接做成。

除了阿拉斯加的魚油冰淇淋讓我有點害怕外，其他三種感覺都好好吃！不過如果 Akutaq 那麼受歡迎，也許他真的並不難吃？

For me the most common ice cream is the 10 NT dollars one MacDonald sells. (Don't know if it's a kind of modern disease, every time while I'm rambling around kilometers and kilometers long of European wilderness, as soon as I see the yellow M sign of MacDoland, I suddenly am comforted and believe that I won't get lost.)
After I grew older, I realized there's something called Gelato exists. Compared to usual ice cream, gelato has more milk proportion, and less of cream and eggs. (Sometime even none) It takes longer to make gelato, and when it's done it has to be preserved in a controlled temperature. The result is that gelato tastes more silky, more soft and more dense.
⛄ Other than gelato, the Akutaq from Alaska area is made with the fat of deer and seal, as well as snow and berries. (What!!??)
🌱 The Booza ice cream of Levante is famous for its elasticity. ( You can find lots of pictures on Internet of Booza sellers dragging their ice cream so long and high.. they look very happy about it) To have this kind of texture, the people use the roots of orchids and salep to make this ice cream.
🐮 In the end, the Kulfi of India is made by mixing and cooking milk and cream together until it becomes dense. Surprisingly they don't add sugar and eggs inside. Nowadays most people use condense milk to make Kulfi directly.

Except the Alaska sea food fat ice cream makes me afraid slightly, the other three kinds all seem very delicious! But if Akutaq is so famous, maybe after all it doesn't taste bad?

Primitive Technology - Wilderness Giant Lobster Traps At The Beach - Eating Delicious & Cooking
We perform survival on a deserted beach. we found natural fresh water source. then we found a piece of rotten coconut tree. we made a trap out of that tree. We went to find vines in the forest and made a trap. We set traps in the sea and caught a very large shrimp. We do special cooking and eat very well

When we read about Beyond Expeditions' Back-to-Basics: Woodcraft & Bushcraft Experience, we knew we had to sign ourselves up!

The day started with a short boat ride to Pulau Ubin, an island off eastern Singapore, where we spent a rejuvenating day away from civilisation. We picked up basic bushcraft (wilderness survival skills) from the super knowledgeable Scott, took turns to saw and chop fallen firewood, learnt some woodcraft from the talented Frederick, and made ourselves a scrumptious aglio olio lunch over open fire.

What a day it was, and what a workout too! We had such a good time we frankly didn't even stop to check our phone once.

Hello, after so many times of crisis by COVID-19 we made a video of wildlife survival on an uninhabited wilderness island. Initially we make a special trap, we use a small bamboo tree to create a giant trap. We use dead fish as bait. we trapped a giant crab on a deserted island grave. there is a very cold endorsement we suffered a lot of hardship by the cold climate
