It has been an incredible journey over these 6 years with AXA, it is time for me to say goodbye and move on to my next challenge. I would like to express my gratitude for all the support the management has given me and to my managers and colleagues for all the great support. Many fond memories were created, and many relationships have been built over the last 6 years.

During my invaluable period with AXA, I have had the opportunity to deliver projects and key initiatives and managed the development of the company business plans and strategies in the General Insurance and Life Insurance business.

It has been a pleasure working at AXA, together with all stakeholders. I had also learned so much in the last 6 years as a professional and as a person under my managers’ leadership who have guided, supported, empowered, and given me the opportunities to learn, develop, deliver, and excel.

I have built lasting friendships with colleagues that I will continue to cherish. I value all the friendship and amazing support and teamwork you have given me over the years.

To the entire AXA family, thank you for making me part of your family. Thank you for seeing my potential and always providing me with new challenges and opportunities to grow.

I have mixed emotions about leaving AXA, nevertheless, I am looking forward to the next chapter in my career and exploring new opportunities. I am honoured with what we have built together, and I have enjoyed working with every one of you, and I wish we will cross paths again.

Pada Jumaat yang lepas (26/2/2021) kami menerima mesej dari sahabat kami bahawa seorang saudara kita Warel mengucapkan dua kalimah syahadah di Islamic Center Bangkok Thailand.

Beliau yang merupakan seorang Roman Catholic dari Filippino memilih untuk memeluk agama islam setelah sekian lama mengkaji dan mendalami agama Islam.

“I found my missing faith in Islam. My faith is always telling me that God is only one since I was in Catholic religion. It never changed until when I took my Shahadah”

Beliau yang bekerja di Thailand sebagai seorang Guru Sains tidak menyangka bahawa dia akan membuat keputusan untuk memeluk agama islam disitu setelah menjelajah ke beberapa negara termasuk di Malaysia untuk mendalami agama Islam.

“I never thought that I will be more exposed in Islam when living and working in Thailand. I was becoming more curious about Islam. And I found that Christianity and Islam have a similarity. Because of that, I understand more about Islam. And, I was thinking that if I will be converted to another religion it would be Islam because its very close to my own belief and faith.”

QadarAllah, bahan-bahan dakwah beserta Al Quran terjemahan Bahasa Inggeris yang di pos dari ahli keluarga angkatnya di Kuala Lumpur yang diberikan oleh MRM telah selamat diterima oleh beliau.

“After my Shahadah, I received very precious gifts from MRM. I received AL QURAN and other books which are very helpful in my new faith endeavor. I appreciated the kindness, supports and prayers of MRM family and organization. Thanks, MRM, for your kind gifts. Al Quran is very special, unique and all in one. There is English translation with Arabic transcriptions which make the Al Quran so unique and easy to use. I read one book from MRM “My Great Love for Jesus Led me to Islam”. 失敗不等於你自己是個廢物或者失敗了，只有失敗才能成功。
(除非靠著關係或者錢多到可以買得起自己曝光機會😂)

Although I was slow at the beginning of my journey to success, nobody has ever been able to run right after they were born 🐣🏃🏼.
If there’s anything I can say for you all this New Years to make some kind of inspirational change happen in you, it’s this.

Too many people in this day and age want instant gratification and instant success. But nobody wants to endure the hours of pain and the hard fuckin shitty work that goes in behind that success. When someone works hard and succeeds, we will quickly judge and question the value of his/her success. Are they perfect? Do they think, speak, act or do things similar to you and in according to your liking? We use these basic judgements to dictate if someone is “good enough”
Failure does not mean that you yourself are a failure. Only through failing can we succeed.
(Unless you buy your fame and success or coattail your way up the ladder😂)

Think about it for a moment. I hope what I said can motivate you to improve yourself a bit better everyday and strive to be the best version of yourself you can be.

The first video on my channel was a polyglot video I made in 2013, and 4 years later, the time has come for me to update. Some of my languages have improved, some have not, and some new ones have come along. I hope this inspires you on your language journey - I would love to hear what you're learning and how you learn!

I do not claim to be fluent in any of these languages: language learning is a lifelong journey and fluency is a construct. I just wish to share my love of languages with the world and I also make videos in various languages to track my progress over the years.
