Welcome to '7 DAYS MCO BOOT CAMP WORKOUT CHALLENGE'
It’s been a very difficult time for the world during this COVID-19 pandemic, especially for some countries which are still under lockdown, like my home, Malaysia. I’m dedicating this workout programme for the people back in MYS and other countries that happens to be under home quarantine.
This programme is designed to be Beginner and Family friendly, a progression that gets more challenging throughout these 7 Days. No Equipment required, just YOU, a little bit of space and the will to push through this 7 Day Boot Camp! Let’s all Live Healthier, Stronger and Fitter! ?
I’ll be posting a new video everyday between 1 - 7 May 2020 for this MCO Boot Camp, and a new video on my channel every other Saturday.
All videos are Follow Along type, so just tune in and I’ll be doing the workout with you!

This is an intense workout to work on your legs, bums and abs. Keep them consistent for at least 4 weeks and you'll achieve a toner and stronger looking legs.
Exercises
1) Jump Squat with Pulses
2) Reverse Lunge & Hop
3) Frogger
4) All 4 Floating Kicks
5) Leg Bridge
Sequence: 10 intervals (45secs Workout - 15secs Rest)
Total Time: 11 minutes (2 sets)
1 minute rest in between sets
Best Results: Do this workout 3 - 4 times weekly on alternate day.
To progress:
- Perform 3-4 sets.
- Lift some weights to make the exercises tougher
- Choose the advance version.

This is a total body workout to do first thing in the morning! They are low impact so you can do them in your pyjamas (without any undies on!) I offered beginners and also advance version if you feel like challenging yourself. =)
Exercises
1) Kneel to Squat Pulses
2) Alternate Lunge Touch Down
3) Plank Hop to Push-up
4) Plank Jacks
5) Dolphin Plank
6) Groiners
7) Half V to Knee Tucks
Sequence: 14 Intervals (45secs Workout - 15secs Rest)
Total Time: 15 minutes (2 sets)
1 minute rest in between sets
Best Results: Do this workout daily to kickstart your day! If you keep it consistent, you will see results - lose weight & tone up. Remember to include total body strength training and also cardio exercises.
To progress:
- Perform 3-4 sets.
- Lift some weights to make the exercises tougher
- Choose the advance version
