Due to the pandemic, we have all been spending much more time at home these days. I have also been concentrating most of my practices at home. In yoga, breathing exercises are key parts of the practice. They help to clear the energy blocks of our bodies, reduce stress, improve our respiratory system and blood circulation on top of many other physical and mental benefits.
Doing yoga in an environment with good and clean air definitely increases the efficiency of my practice.
