我在六七年前開始接觸到豬產業的時候，我第一個震撼是日本人真的很會吹，當時我看到某個日本牧場的文宣把他們的LYD吹到一種新高度，我一個剛接觸到豬產業的外行人覺得這種LYD三元豚真是太厲害了，頓時覺得日本人育種的能力真強。
但對台灣豬產業越來越接觸之後才發現，大家都是LYD三元豬，不是只有日本是，台灣也是，世界各國都以藍瑞斯（L, American Landrace pig）、約克夏（Y, Yorkshire或稱大白豬Large White）和杜洛克（D, Duroc 或 Duroc-Jersey）等三個品種，來選育商業品種。
之後讓我更震撼的是這LYD三元豬竟然還是台糖的創舉，而帶領台糖創造這種創舉的人，就是戈福江先生了。

🎤民眾若持有來路不明肉品，正確的處理方式是送交防檢局各地分局由專業人員處理。請不要隨意丟棄！
🎤請盡快回報通知農委會防檢局，聯絡資訊可以查詢官方網站（www.baphiq.gov.tw），這並 #不會因為主動通報被罰錢，所以拜託不要隨意自行丟棄這些肉品，相關單位會協助處理，防檢局電話：(02)2343-1401。

喜歡吃台灣可愛的豬豬及其相關料理，還有很多保養品、醫療相關的耗材都豬的加工成品，都很依賴豬！所以萬一原料沒了價格也會飆漲⋯⋯大家到時候都會要一起承擔，所以千萬不要以小搏大⋯⋯萬一失守真的就慘了
順便介紹一下國內豬隻品種
本土：#黑毛桃園豬(Taoyuan)
外來種如：#藍瑞斯豬 (Landrace) 、#杜洛克豬 (Duroc, Duroc-Jersey)和 #約克夏豬 (Yorkshire, Large white)
台灣新品種：#李宋豬 (Lee-Sung pig) 、#畜試花斑豬 (LRI spotty lanyu pig)
拜託政府能果斷行動，#嚴格執行相關預防措施，早一點下令 #禁止廚餘給養豬場加工成飼料，必須嚴格銷毀才行😭😭😭😭
至少讓豬豬免於遭受丟棄的食物感染病毒死亡

英國幾乎每間餐廳都會在週日提供Sunday Roast，這也是英國人傳統習俗之一，最早是人們在週日教會活動結束後享用的豐富大餐，這份餐點內容包含烤牛肉、烤馬鈴薯、約克夏布丁(Yorkshire pudding)以及很重要的肉汁，烤蔬菜種類各家不同，有的是白花椰菜、焗烤白花椰菜泥、胡蘿蔔、長得像白色版胡蘿蔔的防風草(Parsnips)、豆子之類的，Sunday Roast的主食也可以換成豬肉、羊肉以及適合素食者吃的版本。
The Blue Pig位於Northern Quarter區，先前有提過是蠻多有個性的獨立商店、音樂餐廳、咖啡廳聚集的地方，四處可見街頭藝術，The Blue Pig不光是名字可愛，也提供各式餐點、酒飲，不時舉辦活動等，最有名的是Sunday Roast，而且真的可以看到藍色的豬。
