To develop a good six-packs, you want to train the abs with different range of exercise to fully work on the rectus abdominus (6-pack), obliques, serratus anterior & transverse abdominus (inner abs).
Today's video consist of 3 exercise that uses the incline bench to help you experience different ways to build the six packs that's male and female friendly. I'd personally recommend trying 2-3 sets of each exercise with 8-12 reps each sets!
