Another day of vlogging whilst hanging around in London. I'm personally on a journey to hopefully get fitter for my Maldives trip!
Workout : Barry's Bootcamp Central

Abs Day
6 rounds of treadmill sessions, ranging from approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Interval sprints (maximum speed 12.5 mph / 20kph)
- Inclined runs
- Long distance steady running
6 rounds of core workout
- Leg raises
- Crunches
- Walking/Side Planks
- Weighted Sit ups
- Russian Twists
- Bicycle Crunch
Alternating between the two - treadmill, core work, until the end of the class

Hello subbies!
My countdown has begun for my Maldives trip in June! That only means it's time to eat clean, get fit and into shape for those bikinis ?
I'm currently still living with my parents in London and hence meal prepping won't be happening any time soon until I fly to Hong Kong again, therefore I thought I'd show you HOW I get lean and fit WITHOUT having to meal prep!
Because the number of healthy food spots in London are countless!
I Love My City ??☺️
As I'm only in London for a short trip to visit the madre and padre, I haven't had access to a gym, HOWEVER, London being London, there are plenty of workout studios for me to go to teehee.
Today's workout: Barry's Bootcamp (combo of Treadmill & Weights work)
