●Gokuo Fried rice(for 1 people)
200 g cooked rice
1/2 tbsp beef tallow
1 eggs
1 tbsp of Ponzu
some salt and pepper
2 shrimps
50 g salted pork
1 asparagus
●Salted pork
250 g pork belly
15 g salt
some pepper
2500 ml water
some green portion of white leek
3 sliced ginger
●Egg Drop Soup (for 5 people)
1000 ml cooking liquid of pork
1 tbsp Usukuchi soy sauce
1 tsp salt
some pepper
2 eggs
30 ml water
1 tbsp potato starch
20 ml water
1 tbsp sesame oil
some spring onion
●Beef tallow
100 g small intestine
30 ml cooking oil
