Hello friends! Today we're going to share with you how to make a super silky and rich dessert: Classic Petit Pot French Pudding (Crème Au Chocolat).
If you're looking for a delicious and super easy chocolate dessert, or you are searching for a way to use up your egg yolk, then you must try this recipe. We recommend this french pudding strongly, it’s really delicious, you'll be amazed how the simplest ingredients can make such a rich and creamy texture. By the way, it’s gluten-free.
This french pudding is rich, creamy and wonderful. The silky and rich texture is a little like chocolate mousse and chocolate custard. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving is the best way to enjoy it. A tasty addition is to top with a dollop of whipped cream and garnished with some chocolate shaving. This recipe’s idea is from French chef Joël Robuchon, but we’ve reduced the amount of sugar and added rum to make it more flavor. Hope you like. Enjoy. :)

How to make Crème Au Chocolat French Pudding
Here is the Crème Au Chocolat French Pudding Recipe
☞ Yield: Serve 5, we use 140ml pudding cup
✎ Ingredients
milk 150ml
whipping cream 200ml
70% bittersweet chocolate 100g
egg yolk 3
granulated sugar 60g
rum 5g
*You can garnish with whipped cream and shaving chocolate
✎ Instructions
1. Cut the chocolate into small chunks.
2. In a saucepan, slowly cook the whipping cream and milk over medium-low heat, and stir continuously until simmer but not boiling. Remove from heat.
3. Add chocolate chunks into the saucepan, stir occasionally until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth and fully incorporated.
4. In a large mixing bowl, add 3 egg yolks, sugar and rum ,whisk together until mixed well.
5. Pour 1/3 chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, gently whisk.
6. Slowly add the rest of the chocolate mixture while continuously whisking.
7. Sieve the mix into a jug. Then fill the pudding mixture to 2/3 height of the cup. It’s about 80ml.
8. Next, fill room temp water into the baking dish to the level of 1/2 of the height of the chocolate mixture.
9. Preheat the oven to 160C, bake for 35~40 minutes.
10. Once baked, carefully remove the cups from the baking dish. Let cool completely before covering with wrap and refrigerating.
11. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving or overnight. For serving, you can top with whipped cream and chocolate shaving.

【材料】6人前(保存期間:冷凍で2週間くらい)
●長ねぎ:1/2本
●鶏のひき肉:600g(もも肉が多いと肉々しさアップ♪)
●大葉(しそ):10枚
●お好みのとろけるチーズ
●塩
●黒コショウ(しっかりめが美味しいよ)
●卵:1個
●あごだし(4倍濃縮):大さじ1/2(いっきにプロの味になるから本当にオススメ♪)めんつゆ、白だしとかでも代用OK
●片栗粉:大さじ3
●お酒:大さじ2
[タレ]
●お酒:大さじ2
●醤油:大さじ3
●みりん:大さじ3
●砂糖:大さじ2(ざらめを使うとよりコクが出て美味しいよ)
お好みで
●ホワイトペッパー(超やみつきに!!)
●卵の黄身(白身は残しておいてデザートに使ったりしてね♪)
●マヨネーズ(マジご飯鬼すすむ最強!!!!)
※仕上げに塩味は塩・黒コショウ、たれ味の方はホワイトペッパーをかけるのがオススメです。

チーズのコクとしそのあっさり感がよりやみつきに!!
下味がしっかりしているので塩もタレもどちらも本当に美味しいです。
今回はじめて塩味も追加してみましたがこれがまた本当に旨い。
約4合あったおにぎりと白飯が秒で無くなりましたw
ご飯を我慢出来れば糖質制限されている方も美味しく食べれますし
焼く前の状態で冷凍保存も出来るのでお弁当のおかずにもオススメですよ。
食べ応え抜群なので育ちざかりのお子さんも絶対喜んでくれると思います。

[Ingredients] For 6 servings (Up to 2 weeks frozen)
●½ Scallion
●600 grams Minced Chicken Meat (The more thigh meat, the juicier it is)
●10 Shiso leaves
●Cheese of your choice
●Salt
●Black Pepper (Plenty)
●1 Egg
●½ Tablespoon flying fish broth
●3 Tablespoon Potato Starch
●2 Tablespoon Sake
[Sauce]
●2 Tablespoon Sake
●3 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
●3 Tablespoon Cooking Wine
●2 Tablespoon Sugar
●White pepper (Addictive!!)
●Egg yolk (Keep the egg white and make a dessert!)
●Mayonnaise (Addictive and goes well with rice!!!)
*To finish off, for the salt flavour, salt and pepper, for sauce, white pepper goes perfectly
The rich flavour of cheese, and simple shiso flavour makes it addictive!!
Because it’s been well flavoured, the salt and sauce options are both very delicious.
We cooked the salt version for the first time, but it’s really good.
We had about 4 cups of rice, and that was gone before we knew it.
If you can control it, it’s a low carb meal,
and you can freeze them so ideal for meal preps.
It is a substantial meal so will definitely satisfy the kids.
So many people have made this already
and I am sure it is the best chicken meatball in the world.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 18-20 minutes.
3 Banana
1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter
1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1 Egg
2-4 Scoops of Protein Powder
30g Dark Chocolate
2 tbsp of Cocoa powder
