Resepi Tauhu Berlauk & Sambal Kicap
Bahan-bahan (Tauhu Berlauk)
4 biji telur
1 bahagian dada ayam
1 paket tauhu lembut
2 biji tauhu
1 btg lobak merah (disagat)
1 biji bawang merah
1 batang cili merah
daun bawang
daun ketumbar
1 sk lada putih
1 sk lada hitam
1 sk serbuk stok ayam
1 sk garam
1/3 cwn serbuk roti
1 biji telur
minyak masak (secukupnya)
2 ulas bawang putih
Bahan-bahan (Sambal Kicap)
1/2 cwn kicap manis
3 ulas bawang putih
10 tangkai cili padi
Cara memasak (Tauhu Berlauk)
1. Kisar telur, isi ayam, tauhu telur, bawang putih dan tauhu sehingga lumat. Ketepikan.
2. Campurkan lobak merah, bawang merah, cili merah, daun bawang, serbuk roti dan daun ketumbar.
3. Perasakan dengan lada putih, lada hitam, serbuk stok ayam dan garam. Gaul semua hingga sebati.
4. Tuangkan ke dalam acuan lompang yang disapu dengan minyak.
5. Kukus selama 15 minit.
6. Sejukkan seketika, kemudian celup ke dalam telur dan goreng menggunakan minyak panas sehingga keperangan.
Cara memasak (Sambal Kicap)
1. Kisar bawang putih, cili padi dan kicap manis sehingga sebati.
2. Sambal kicap siap untuk dihidangkan.

Tofu Chicken Nuggets Recipe
Ingredients (Tofu Chicken)
4 nos eggs
1 portion chicken breast
1 packet soft tofu
2 pieces firm tofu
1 carrot (grated)
1 shallot
1 red chili
scallion
coriander
1 tsp of white pepper
1 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of chicken stock powder
1 tsp of salt
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1 nos egg
cooking oil (as needed)
2 cloves garlic
Ingredients (Spicy Soy Sauce)
1/2 cup sweet soy sauce
3 cloves garlic
10 bird's eye chilies
Cooking methods (Tofu Chicken)
1. Blend eggs, chicken breast, soft tofu, garlic and firm tofu until smooth. Set aside.
2. Mix carrots, shallot, red chilies, scallion, bread crumbs and coriander.
3. Season with white pepper, black pepper, chicken stock and salt. Mix all well.
4. Pour the mixture into mold that have been grease well with oil.
5. Steamed for 15 minutes.
6. Let them cool, then coat with egg and fried using hot oil until golden brown.
Cooking methods (Spicy Soy Sauce)
1. Blend garlic, bird's eye chilies and sweet soy sauce until all combine.
2. Spicy soy sauce ready to be served.
