這個問題我也很困擾，到底有無禁止外送員送上樓？似乎沒有一致的標準
為什麼要讓外送員是否送上樓變成月經文呢？
我覺得是遊戲規則的問題，如果疫情因素不送上樓，應該明講，我想大家也認同。就給一
個指定期間說明清楚即可
但最近是很隨機的外送員說不送上樓，有些又會送，無法預測外送行為就真的很無所適從
。我家在公寓五樓加上嚴重貧血，所以下樓不是不行，是需要很長的時間上樓，每走一層
樓必須休息很久才能繼續爬。因此會希望外送員能送上來放在門口即可。
我希望的是，如果不送上來沒關係，但app要告知用戶，這樣我可以自己決定要不要訂（
因為我就是身體的問題無法爬樓梯，如果橫豎要下樓，我也可以選擇自己去買，再慢慢爬
上樓）
如果是外送員不想送上樓，我也建議使用者付費，爬上五樓給額外的外送費，我是願意的
。
但不希望外送平台講得不清不楚，導致常常前一單送上樓，我以為下一單也是時，結果下
一單外送員不願意送上來，就產生爭執。實在不是很想吵這個，這是心理準備的問題。從
以為去門口拿就好，變成要換衣服準備下樓。唉，這樣我就會想說都換好衣服，那為何不
去巷口自己買….無限迴圈……
總之，平台要有公告解決的機制較好～不送上樓也是一種回應，不要讓顧客猜這一單會碰
到何種外送員。
