澳洲胡桃油 macadamia oil: 160g
橄欖油 olive oil: 260g
椰子油 coconut oil: 130g
棕櫚油 RSPO palm oil: 215g
乳油木果脂 shea butter: 85g
99%氫氧化鈉 sodium hydroxide: 122g
純水 distilled water: 200g
鮮乳 frozen milk: 100g
超脂/superfat: 橄欖油 olive oil: 25g
蘆薈與黃瓜香精 aloe vera and cucumber fragrance oil: 25g
大堡礁深海泥 deep sea mud: 適量/moderate
二氧化鈦 titanium dioxide: 適量/moderate

海参百花蝦蓉
材料:
急凍海参1條
急凍蝦仁180克
蝦米1湯匙
薑1舊
處理:
1. 海参,清水解凍。
蝦仁,清水解凍。
2. 蝦米,攪碎做蝦米蓉,放碗中。
3. 蝦仁已解凍,擎乾水,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。
4. 海参已解凍,打直海参,剪開中間,輕手洗淨內臟。
5. 大火煲滾1鑊水,加入薑幾片及鹽半茶匙。
6. 加入海参,水再滾起後,冚蓋熄火,浸10分鐘去雪味。
7. 蝦仁,已擎乾水,廚紙索乾。
8. 蝦仁,菜刀拍好,略略刴碎,放碗中。
9. 蝦膠,加入調味料:
a. 生粉少許
b. 糖少許
c. 鮑魚汁少許
d. 胡椒粉少許
順一個方向攪至起膠。
10. 海参已浸好,清水,輕手再洗一次,擎乾水,廚紙索乾。
11. 在海参內搽上生粉。
12. 蝦膠,釀滿入海参內。
烹調:
1. 煲滾1鑊水,大火蒸海参10分鐘。
2. 預備芡汁:
a. 生粉少許
b. 糖少許
c. 蠔油少許
d. 水20毫升
攪勻。
3. 蝦米蓉,在另一邊鑊,中火炒至乾身至金黃色,放碗中。
4. 大火煮滾芡汁至稠厚,熄火。
5. 海参蝦蓉已蒸好,倒去碟中水分。
6. 海参放砧板上,切一吋一舊,放回在碟上。
7. 灑上已炒香的蝦米蓉。
8. 淋上芡汁。
9. 完成,可享用。
Stuffed shrimp paste in frozen sea cucumber
Ingredients:
Frozen sea cucumber 1 No.
Frozen shrimps 180g
Dried sea shrimps 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 No.
Preparation:
1. Sea cucumber, defrost with tap water.
Shrimps, defrost with tap water.
2. Dried sea shrimps, get it minced. Put it in a bowl.
3. Shrimps have been defrosted. Hang dry. Rinse thoroughly, hang dry.
4. Sea cucumber has been defrosted. Cut it vertically. Rinse it lightly and remove its intestines.
5. Heat up a wok of water at high flame. Put several slices of ginger and salt 0.5 tsp.
6. Put sea cucumber in wok. Wait for water boiling up. Turn off fire. Cover up the wok soaking it for 10 minutes to remove the unpleasant smells.
7. Shrimps, have been hung dry. Dry them with kitchen towel.
8. Shrimps, bet be chopper, chop several times, put in a bowl.
9. Shrimp paste, add seasoning:
a. Tapioca starch little
b. Sugar little
c. Abalone sauce little
d. Pepper little
Stir in one direction until it is sticky.
10. Sea cucumber has been soaked well. Rinse lightly with tap water. Hang dry. Dry with kitchen towel.
11. Put tapioca starch inside sea cucumber.
12. Shrimp paste, is to be fulfilled inside the sea cucumber.
Steps:
1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame. Steam the sea cucumber at high flame for 10 minutes.
2. Prepare the tapioca sauce:
a. Tapioca starch little
b. Sugar little
c. Oyster sauce little
d. Water 20ml
Mix well.
3. Minced dried sea shrimps, heat up in another wok. Fry it at medium flame until.ut turns in golden yellow. Put in a bowl.
4. Heat up the tapioca sauce at high flame until it turns thick. Turn off fire.
5. Sea cucumber with shrimp paste has been steamed well. Pour away water on plate.
6. Put sea cucumber on chopping board, cut with size 1", then put on plate.
7. Put minced dried sea shrimps on top.
8. Pour the sauce on top.
9. Complete. Serve.
