本來聽說PPT這個版有說許多芳香療法的資訊可以看，自己本身也有在用，
本來也想推薦幾個我心目中好的品牌，在努力的爬文之後
我對這個版開始害怕，只要用字遣詞不當，就馬上可能被質疑或怎樣
看到越後面開始出現一堆專有名詞，
說句公道話，大家在講這些專有名詞時都不把話說清楚，是欺負大家不懂嗎？
要講也要讓大家瞭解這些名詞的定義與這些儀器到是底做啥用的，
打高空只會讓討論更沒意義。
我也不是專業人士，但我知道這些所以我願意跟大家分享，至於推薦哪種品牌好
我不敢推薦了：
就從GC/MS/FID這堆專有名詞談起吧
GC 是氣相分離
GC/MS/FID就是：GC接上MS or FID。
GC，是經過偵測器(detector)跑出一張層析圖(GC的detector是MS或FID或其他)，
圖譜比較圓滑，GC/MS因為有經過MS，sample被打成小片段，(簡單比喻)
所以跑出來的圖譜是尖銳的peak，每一支peak都可以在相連的電腦上用滑鼠放大、點開，
進入電腦的database比對，大概可以知道那支peak包含幾個成分、化學結構等。
先經過GC之後分離出來的各種單離成分..再經過質譜儀來測定它的分子結構．首先可以由圖
譜知道這個東西的分子量。然後根據其他的線索找出它的結構式．色層分析的作用是能夠純
化出很多重要的成分。
質譜儀是用來定性的。
定量直接用FID就好了，也比較便宜一些些。
GC是用來單離沸點比較低的東西..油類比較多..事先可能要做前處裡（例如酯化）
GC 氣相色層分析法
其原理主要是以載氣(carrier gas) 將氣體帶入分離管柱(column)進行各項氣體成分分離，
然後通過偵測器(FID/MS)而被檢測出。在此過程中，各氣體成分對分離管柱內填充物各具不
同吸附力而產生移動速度之差異而分離。因此藉由各成分通過偵測器時間之不同，可判定氣
體種類及數量並可由紀錄器波峰面積來計算濃度。
氣體分析定量的相關因素如下:
1. 載流氣體種類與流速之選擇。
2. 分離管填充劑之選擇是分離各項成分之最重要因素，選擇以分子篩5A、Porapak N 及
HayeSep N為主。
3. 偵測器之定量使用火焰離子偵測器(FID)。
4. 檢量線製作是利用不同濃度之標準氣體與其波峰面積製成檢量線，作為氣體定量之依據
GC-FID 氣相層析儀/火焰離子化分析法
GC-MS 氣相層析質譜儀
FID 動作原理係藉由一內部幫浦將空氣抽入儀器內，空氣中之有機分子被一氫氣火焰所游離
化，產生之離子及自由電子被吸引至賦予定額電壓之電極而產生電流。電流之大小以一電流
計量測，其輸出電壓與游離化有機分子之碳原子數目成比例，可以用氣體標準品加以校準。
火焰離子偵測器對碳氫化合物偵測，比對其他有機化合物靈敏。其對烷類、烯類及芳族化合
物相同碳數之化合物之感度大致相同。
簡單的說法如下：
GC 利用把sample氣化 用氣體分離
MS 是直接測質量 還有他的特定解離片段
FID 用火焰燃燒方式 把物質離子化 然後去看她特定發射光譜
一般常用GC是用FID，GC-MS就是用MS做檢測器，兩者分析好壞皆以column為主，但是MS可以
到精準，而且MS可以做未知物分析，判斷分子結構(通常會附上圖庫讓你做比對判斷，不過
也要各位都看的懂才行，如果看不懂就請相信認證吧)，但是單靠GC要做未知物分析，恐怕
有難度而且除非操作者超強否則不容易做到，當然我也相信這個版或許有這樣的強者，不然
那些不講道理的高深批判是哪來的。
所以不管是GC-MS還是GC-FID都是可以檢測成分，差別就在精準度上，一般說來MS比FID的偵
測極限高多了，失真率也相對降低，但兩者都是可以相信的檢驗方式，其實說穿了一點都不
偉大（對一般不懂的人可真的就偉大了），這些只是檢驗成分的東西，既然檢驗出來是OK的
當然就是可以相信的。
講這麼多也是希望大家能懂什麼是 GC-MS、GC-FID，不要再被那些高深的專家給搞的一頭霧
水，當然重點還是有通過這些檢測的就是可以相信的就是了。
至於那些什麼簡易測試法大家玩玩也是可以的，畢竟還是有一些簡單的原理在裡面，相信這
些資訊對大家有幫助，至於來這個版推薦產品小弟永遠不敢了。

只是我以為，一家公司要宣傳，總要搞清楚宣傳的內容吧？
所以也寫了，不是要質疑FID的結果，
但是，不該用FID的圖譜，說是MS的分析圖

GC-MS價格真的不便宜(不過到底是多少 我也不清楚 因為我平常用的是LC-MS)
所以 一般的公司沒有 也是正常的
如P大所說 拿FID的圖偽裝成MS的圖 真的對FID不公平
不過 植物畢竟是植物 不同的生長環境 採收季節等等 裡面的成分都會有些許的差異
所以做過基源鑑定 基本上就是一樣的植物
只是 公司拿FID的圖 來宣傳自己家的東西 還偽裝成MS圖 這真的有點不道德
不過如P大所說的 機器畢竟是機器
就像是 我們一般認為在韓國長的就是高麗蔘 在日本的長的就是東洋蔘
但是跑完LCMS之後 機器也許會說 他們都是一樣的東西
所以 機器是機器 至於好或不好 如果要這樣去評斷 也許不是那麼的適合
