Resepi Scone & Jem Strawberi
Bahan-bahan (Scone)
2 cwn tepung gandum
2 sb serbuk penaik
1/2 sk garam
1/4 cwn gula
6 sb mentega (disejukkan)
2/3 cwn susu segar
1 biji telur
Bahan-bahan (Strawberi Jem)
1/2 cwn strawberi
1/2 sk garam
1/3 cwn gula
Cara memasak (Scone)
1. Masukkan telur, susu segar, gula, garam, tepung gandum dan serbuk penaik ke dalam mesin pengadun dan putar seketika.
2. Kemudian, masukkan mentega sejuk dan putar seketika.
3. Di atas papan canai, taburkan tepung gandum dan uli adunan sehingga sebati.
4. Canaikan doh dengan kadar tidak terlalu tebal atau tipis, cetak menggunakan pencetak biskut.
5. Oleskan bahagian atas doh dengan susu segar.
6. Bakar selama 15-20 minit pada suhu 170°C.
Cara memasak (Strawberi Jem)
1. Masukkan buah strawberi dan masak bersama-sama gula sehingga menggelegak dan pekat.
2. Masukkan garam dan masak seketika. Angkat dan ketepikan.

2 cups of wheat flour
2 tbsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 cup of sugar
6 tbsp of butter (chilled)
2/3 cup of fresh milk
1 nos egg
Ingredients (Strawberry Jam)
1/2 cup of strawberries
1/2 tsp of salt
1/3 cup of sugar
Cooking methods (Scone)
1. Add in egg, fresh milk, sugar, salt, wheat flour and baking powder into mixer and mix them for while.
2. Next, add in chilled butter and mix to combine.
3. On a rolling board, sprinkle with wheat flour and knead the dough well.
4. Roll the dough (not too thick or too thin), cut the dough using cookie cutter.
5. Brush the top of the dough with fresh milk.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 170°C.
Cooking methods (Strawberry Jam)
1. Add in fresh strawberries and cook with sugar until bubbling and thick.
2. Seasons with salt and cook for while. Remove from heat and set aside.
