做法:
#1 即食湯麵
1. 在鍋加入油,五花腩,蔥,洋蔥,椰菜,生抽,辣椒粉,炒勻
2. 加入水,調味料,乾料,麵
#2 炒即食麵
1. 煮麵和乾料,保留3-5湯匙的水
2. 加入蔥,油,調味料,炒至乾身
#3 拌即食麵
1. 將調味料,砂糖,辣椒粉,辣椒醬,油,麻油拌勻
2. 將麵,乾料,蔥,芽菜煮熟,過冰水
3. 與醬料拌勻

- Fire Ramyun: 1 Packet Spicy Samyang Ramyun, 500ml Water, 100g Thinly Sliced Pork Belly, 1/3 Scallion, 1/2 Onion, 50g Cabbage, 1 Tbsp Red Pepper Powder, 1 Tbsp Thick Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- Stir-Fried Ramyun: 1 Packet Samyang Ramyun, 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil, 1/2 Scallion
- Spicy Ramyun: 1 Packet Samyang Ramyun, 1/2 Onion, 1 Handful Bean Sprout, 1 Tbsp Sugar, 1/2 Tbsp Coarse Red Pepper Powder, 1/2 Tbsp Red Pepper Paste, 1 Tbsp Cooking Oil, 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil, Icy Water
▪ DIRECTIONS:
[FIRE RAMYUN]
1. Add 1 Tbsp of cooking oil on a pan and stir-fry 100g thinly sliced pork belly, 1/3 chopped scallions with 1/2 chopped onions until browned.
When it turns brown, add 50g of chopped cabbage
Add 1 tbsp of thick soy sauce with 1 Tbsp red pepper powder and stir-fry again.
Add 500ml of boiling water and add 1 packet of ramyun seasoning with 1 packet of dried vegetables.
[STIR FRIED RAMYUN]
1. Boil 1 pack dried vegetables and 1 lump of noodles (all from a packet of ramyun) until noodles turn soft.
2. Add 1/2 chopped scallions, 2 Tbsp cooking oil and 1/2 pack of seasoning (from the ramyun packet).
Mix it in low heat so the noodle and the seasoning can be mixed thoroughly.
[SPICY RAMYUN]
1. Mix 1 pack of ramyun seasoning, 1 Tbsp sugar, 1/2 Tbsp coarse red pepper powder and 1/2 Tbsp of red pepper paste in a bowl.
2. Add 1 Tbsp of cooking oil and 1 Tbsp of sesame oil on a pan and heat it until smoke starts to rise up.
3. Add heated oil to the previous seasoning mixture. Mix it all together in a bowl.
4. Add 1 packet of dried vegetables, 1 lump noodle, 1/2 chopped onions and 1 handful of bean sprouts in a boiling water. When it’s all cooked, drain water by using a sift.
5. Run the noodles in an icy water.
6. Mix noodles with a seasoning mix.

即食麵,蔥花,芝麻
做法:
1. 將蒜蓉,砂糖,豉油,鹽,胡椒粉拌勻,醃雞髀
2. 將砂糖,粟米糖漿,辣椒粉,辣醬,生抽,韓國辣椒醬,水,蒜,蔥,拌勻煮10分鐘
3. 烤雞肉,加入即食麵,火辣醬,蔥花,芝麻

Chicken: 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 1/2 Tbsp Sugar, 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce, Salt, Pepper, 400g Pre-Cut Chicken Thigh
Seasoning: 2 Tbsp Sugar, 4 Tbsp Corn Syrup, 2 Tbsp Red Pepper Powder, 3 Tbsp Hot Sauce, 6 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 3 Tbsp Red Pepper Paste, 150ml Water, Garlic, Scallion
Garnish: 1 Handful Chopped Scallion, Sesame Seeds
▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix 1 Tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 Tbsp sugar, 3 Tbsp soy sauce, bit of salt and bit of pepper to make seasoning. Spread the seasoning on 400g of pre-cut chicken thigh.
2. Add 2 Tbsp sugar, 4 Tbsp corn syrup, 2 Tbsp red pepper powder, 3 Tbsp hot sauce, 6 Tbsp soy sauce, 3 Tbsp red pepper paste, 150ml water, whole garlic and scallion into a pot. Boil for 10 minutes to make Fire sauce.
3. Grill seasoned chicken thigh on a grill pan.
4. Push grilled chicken thigh to the side.
5. Add boiled ramen noodle on the other side and add fire sauce. Garnish with 1 handful of chopped scallion and sesame seeds.
