【楊桃美食網-3分鐘學做菜】煎豬排Fried Pork Chops
材料:
梅花肉排 3片
蒜泥 1茶匙
薑泥 1茶匙
太白粉 3大匙
Ingredients:
3 pieces of plum pork steak
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 teaspoon of minced ginger
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
調味料:
鹽 1/4茶匙
細砂糖 1/2茶匙
胡椒粉 少許
米酒 1大匙
胡椒鹽 適量
Seasoning:
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fine granulated sugar
A small amount of pepper
1 tablespoon rice wine
Salt and pepper suited to taste
作法:
1. 用刀將梅花肉排筋切斷。
2. 蒜泥、薑泥及所有調味料拌勻,再放入作法1的肉排抓勻。
3. 熱鍋加入沙拉油,於豬排表面沾上一層薄薄的太白粉後放入鍋中,以小火煎至兩面金黃,取出裝盤,再沾胡椒鹽食用即可。
BOX:
豬排沾粉再煎較不容易焦,且也能讓調味料好附著於豬排上,吃起來口感和滋味都較佳。
Preparation Instructions:
1. Use a steak knife to cut out the ribs.
2. Add minced garlic, minced ginger and all the seasonings. Mix well, then dip 1 pork chop into the breading mix.
3. Add salad oil to a heated frying pan. Place the pork chops with their surfaces thinly coated in cornstarch into the pan and fry over low heat until golden on both sides. Move to a plate and then dip them in salt and pepper for eating. That's it.
BOX:
Pork chops dipped in breading are less likely to burn and this also allows for better seasoning adherence to the pork chop. The texture and flavor really come out when eating.
