以前當模特兒時都很害怕聽到人家說“你好像胖了”，“你今天好像水腫 ” 聽到這些話都很恐懼！所以都想盡辦法的去減肥維持身材，很多方法我都試過，幾乎什麼減肥藥都吃過，吃利尿劑和吃完就跑到廁所去嘔吐，代餐等等！
想到以前都用這麼極端的方式來減肥真的很不健康很可怕！在哪時候身體的健康狀況都很差，精神狀況情緒狀況皮膚狀況都不好，想到真的還蠻恐怖後悔的。年輕時比較不會想，年紀稍微有了點就會比較在乎注重健康。
其實真的可以用很多健康的方式來減肥！運動就是最好的選擇，不管你是否要減肥，其實運動 對每個人來說都非常的重要的，運動不只是為了減肥也是為了健康！
