台北 | 蔬食手工拉麵 (蛋奶素)
這家手工拉麵的外觀超有日本風，完全看不出來是蔬食店，拉門一開，左邊是小廚房，前面還擺放了一堆新鮮蔬果呢！
超喜歡日式味噌拉麵 (NT230），湯頭喝到有點感動，因為真的很好喝，配料非常多，其中杏飽菇像是嚕過的，特別好吃！還有麻油猴頭菇拉麵（NT320），猴頭菇的口感很像肉，蠻驚豔的耶！
除了拉麵，其實還有丼飯、小吃等類別，算是蠻多選擇喔～

The outside of this restaurant is super-Japanese, you even won't notice it's aactually a veg restaurant. After the door is open, the left side is a small kitchen, and a bunch of fresh fruits and vegetables are placed in the front!
The soup of Japanese Miso Ramen (NT230), is really niceeee, there are a lot of ingredients, the oysters mushroom is especially delicious! The texture of the monkey head mushroom in the Sesame Oil Hericiam Ramen (NT320), is very similar to meat texture, quite amazing!
In addition to ramen, there are actually categories such as rice, side dishes, etc. quite a lot of different options.
