小編超喜歡吃 #菇, 所有類型的菇我都可以!! 但是, 原來市面上很多菇都含有太多 #重金屬, 不太健康, 素食媽咪 最近在沙田開了一家 桂之神品菇庭Mushroom Tasty House , 裡面售賣的菇全是 #有機 #自家種 #菇菌, 我參觀了他們的菇房, 確實沒有一般菇那種臭臭的 #霉味, 因為他們使用 #肉桂
去培植, 所以可以安心吃菇啦~

*由於廚房需要動工維修， 因不想影響食物質素同帶來不便的空氣環境'因此今天開始休息數天！
