韋禮安全新演繹英文單曲《Mr. Tambourine Man》致敬民歌搖滾教父 Bob Dylan，這首歌是 Bob Dylan 被改編最多次的經典作品之一，《Mr. Tambourine Man》是一首關於「靈感」的歌曲，韋禮安化身為「鈴鼓手先生」，以輕鬆率性的唱腔和編曲重新詮釋，帶著隨性反叛的冒險精神，透過旋律不疾不徐地恣意地暢想和夢想。

一直以來，JJ在音樂路途上堅持用歌聲帶出他的能量，用音樂渲染世界，在每個舞台上，都傾出全力發散光芒。然而，從JJ的視角，舞台之所以發光，都是因為歌迷用那炙熱的心在照亮著他，而每一束光線，都連結了彼此，成為專屬的故事；《聖所》之所以每場都如此動人，是因為每首歌曲都蘊含著這些專屬的故事，與每個「你」有關，而精彩燦爛。於是，巡迴到終點站《聖所 FINALE》，JJ祭出動人單曲，透過音樂唱出心中最心底的情感連結，感謝一路相伴的歌迷。
JJ林俊傑《聖所》世界巡迴演唱會歷時兩年巡遍43個城市，共66場次，與160萬觀眾共創了屬於「聖所的人」獨有的美好。走到終點站《聖所FINALE》，這不是結束，而是一種總和，總和了所有合唱的餘韻、所有發光的眼神。
這首歌為《聖所》巡迴做了一個璀璨的總結。
