This season, Navy has brought in the FRESH BLACK WINTER PERIGORD TRUFFLES from France! Known as the Black Diamond of Perigord, the black truffle - tuber melanosporun - is one the most revered culinary ingredients. With an intense earthy flavor, and a rich, pungent aroma, it adds depth, and a layer of sumptous luxury to any recipe.
