Sebungkus bihun direndam lembut.
Bahan A:
3-4 ulas bawang merah
5-6 ulas bawang putih
1 sudu kecil lada hitam
2 sudu makan udang kering
2 inci halia
Nota: Kisar kesemua bahan A
Bahan rencah:
Udang kecil 250g (kopek kulit udang)
Seikat kucai dipotong dalm 4cm panjang.
Lobak sebatang dihiris halus memanjang,
Cara – cara memasak:
Tumis bahan kisaran hingga halus sehingga naik bau.
Perasakan dengan gula, garam dan serbuk perasa secukupnya.
Kemudian masukkan isi udang.
Selepas itu masukkan bihun yang telah direndam lembut.
Akhir sekali masukkan sayur-sayuran dan potongan cili merah sebagai hiasan.
Siap dan sedia untuk dimakan!

3sb gula
4sb kicap manis

1sk soya sauce
1sb minyak bijan
1sk cili flakes/serbuk cili/serbuk lada hitam
sedikit garam
bahan hiasan:-
daun bawang(hiris pjg dlm 2cm)
bijan (sangai)
cara-.-.-
1)campur semua bahan dalam mangkuk kecuali daging dan bahan hiasan.kacau rata
2)masukkan daging.kacau sampai semua daging bersalut
3)perap 3 jam
4) guna nonstick fry pan.grill/bakar letak sekeping sekeping.masukkan skali bawang yg dihiris masa bakar.

Materials :-
500 g of meat (cut to thin pieces)
5 review of garlic (scar)
1 1/2 inches of ginger (scar)
1 onions holland / yellow / bombay (slice)
1 sk vinegar
3 sb of sugar
4 sb of sweet soy sauce
1 sb black pepper sauce
1 sk soya sauce
1 sb of sesame oil
1 SK chili flakes / chili powder / black pepper powder
a little salt
decorative materials :-
Onion leaves (long slice in 2 cm)
Sesame (sangai)
the way -.-.-
1) Mix all ingredients in a bowl except meat and decoration. chaotic
2) insert meat. stir until all meat coated
3) marinated 3 hours
4) use nonstick fry pan. grill / burn put a piece. insert the onions that were sliced while burning.
Done!! serve.. spread leek and sesame

Use nonstick fry pan. Just insert all the meat ingredients and 1/2 marinated sauce into the fry pan. Cooking until cooking.. sprinkle leek and sesame

- Kuromitsu Syrup -
50g Kurozato or substitute: muscovado or unrefined brown sugar (1.8 oz)
50g Chuzarato or substitute: regular refined sugar (1.8 oz)
50ml Water (1.7 fl oz)
* You can also use maple syrup or packaged kuromitsu instead.
