EC建議:飲食清淡,健脾補氣!
首先要戒掉吃零食及生冷食物的壞習慣,多進食白米、小米、薯仔等有補氣功效的食物,平日亦可多吃有健脾功效的食物例如淮山、白扁豆、薏米等,因為脾胃好才能吸收食物中的營養;適量進食補氣食物如人參、花旗參、紅棗、鵪鶉等。鍛鍊身體由強度小的運動做起,如太極、步行、伸展運動等,並注意循序漸進。
健脾補氣米水
功效:健脾補氣,紓緩感覺疲倦、容易反覆腹瀉等症狀。
材料:紅米1湯匙、白米1湯匙、生薏米半湯匙、淮山15克
做法:材料洗淨,加入800毫升水以武火煮滾後轉文火煮30分鐘即可。此米水可煮後倒入保溫瓶,反覆沖泡至味淡,建議連續飲用2-3天。

Appropriately consume foods that can replenish qi such as ginseng, American ginseng, Chinese red date, quail. Start doing low-intensity exercises, such as Tai Chi, walking, stretching. Remember to go through the steps accordingly.
Rice water to strengthen spleen and replenish qi
Effects: strengthens spleen and replenishes qi
Ingredients: 1 tablespoons red rice, 1 tablespoon of white rice, half tablespoon of coix seeds, 15g Chinese yam
Preparation: rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Combine all ingredients with 800ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Pour all contents into a thermos and rice water can re-brewed until flavor weakens. For best results, drink consecutively for 2-3 days.

EC分析:長期熬夜,工作壓力大,其實可能女朋友有些少合理的要求你也會感覺不耐煩,再加上飲食不節嗜食辣、重口味的食物,有如火上加油,引致火爆情緒,什麼都看不順眼。這種多因為肝膽濕熱的影響,會伴隨煩躁易怒、脅痛頭痛、目赤口苦,耳聾耳腫等症狀。
EC建議:瀉肝膽實火!
可以從避免進食辛辣、溫補、重口味食物開始,適量飲用涼茶,如雞骨草、菊花茶等等,清熱祛濕,也可進食屬性偏涼的食材如火龍果、冬瓜、綠豆、霸王花等,另外還要找適合自己的宣洩渠道。無名火沒有了,其他「麻煩」也會迎刃而解!

功效:清肝減壓,紓緩火爆情緒,有助安眠。
材料:野菊花、洋甘菊各1茶匙

Have more meals throughout the day and eat less each time, avoid cold/raw foods and drinks, have a cup of rice water daily to strengthen spleen and dispel dampness. Try to have ingredients that help with strengthening spleen and dispelling dampness such as hyacinth bean, coix seed, Chinese yam and poria. Exercise appropriately to sweat.
