Every morning after a cold shower, while fasting and before my workout, I like to start my day with a set of soft movements and core exercises to activate my metabolism.

My first workout video represent for everyone !
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) describes a workout that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity or short-term rest. If you want to work out and lose weight efficiently, try HIIT exercises. But that's not the only reason why HIIT is so popular.
HIIT is definitely better at burning calories and helping you shed unwanted pounds. The biggest reason is the anaerobic form of exercise. It burns more calories than cardio both during and after exercising.
