Men's 10,000m World Championship Osaka 2007!
Watch from 22:38 onward for the final 2 laps. Watch the full video on how Kenenisa Bekele execute his plan, being patient, calm, and react on a relatively fast pace race all the way from the start by Zersenay Tadese at a weather condition of 30 degrees C and 65% humidity.
The reason I watch this race back was because of an informative analysis on Biomechanical analysis of the medalist in the 10,000 metres at the 2007 World Championships in Athletics.
Link here to the paper: https://runnersclub.s3.amazonaws.com/attachment/219/stride_length_frequency.pdf
*Kenenisa Bekele height should be 165 cm, not 160 cm as mentioned in the analysis.

What I have learned and discovered from the video and the study are the following:
A plus minus of 3 seconds from 1st km - 8th km split among the medalist and progressively increase the pace till the end (6th - final km)!
Bekele got a stride length of about ~2m (1.968m) and Sihine (ETH), his teammate got 1.93m and Mathathi (KEN) got 1.88m.
Final 400m: Bekele (55.51s), Sihine (58.66s) and Mathathi (62.16s)
Stride frequency is the key while maintaining a long stride length for a super fast last lap, a key to the victory. ⚡️
*There are even more details about the biomechanical details about the medalist in the study.
