In case you need a hand, here’s my top 5 tips on how to Set a Successful New Year’s Resolution for a #Brighter2021 👉🏽
1️⃣ Find your “why”, the inner motivation within you. Ask yourself what is the driving force within you to want to do this.
2️⃣ Set SMART Goals - Your goals need to be Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time-Bound.
3️⃣ Have an Action Plan. In order to get what you want, you must be willing to make changes, compromise, get out of your comfort zone, do things you’ve never done before and even make sacrifices.
4️⃣ Start small and build momentum. If you try to change too much too quickly, you’re setting yourself up for failure! Take it step by step.
5️⃣ The only way to know if you are on the right path towards your goal is to Track Your Progress & Reflect. This way, you can make improvement and adjustments along the way.
