新世界維港泳 New World Harbour Race
教識我的，不是蛙式和自由式，
而是一種為自己而努力的精神。
經過三個月的訓練，
我們登岸了。
然而在人生的旅途上，
我們只是游過一個小浮標。
很多謝 Ning Lau和新世界當天的邀請，
將我由一個懶得運動的人，
變成一個幾日不動一動就不舒服的人。

回想三個月的過程，
最深刻的一句説話是由我的好伙伴 Jeremy 在訪問中提過的:
「我不停，你們也不要停」

【星級游泳團．登岸】
終於嚟到【星級游泳團】最後一集，除咗重溫賽事當日 衛詩雅 Michelle Wai、 Subyub Lee 李拾壹 同埋 Jeremy Wong參賽嘅情況之外，仲有佢地嘅深情分享！想知佢地三位經過三個月嘅訓練、水試、橫渡維港之後有咩得著就唔好錯過啦！

Now we come to the final “Star Swimming League” episode. Aside from the racing day clips of Michelle Wai, Subyub Lee and Jeremy Wong, we have also prepared a touching clip of them sharing their thoughts. This last episode will also reveal the progress they've made following their 3-month training regimen, time trials and ultimate swim across the harbour!
