開始固定運動已經三個月了!很棒的是可以跟張先生一起運動一起變健康。最棒的是我們養成了每週至少運動兩天到三天的好習慣。
要非常感謝妮飛健身空間大安店提供我們一個很舒適、沒有壓迫感、安全、乾淨和運動器材齊全的環境運動。帶著小翰寶去運動也可以很放心的讓她在健身房逗留。我覺得首先要喜歡健身房的內部環境才內讓人每週都想去運動的動力之一。
再來就是要找個專業,不囉嗦、有趣的健身教練。謝謝Chris教練這三個月的訓練,跟他上課一點都不無聊,每次都覺得一個小時過的很快。一個小時的訓練都能達到效果和讓我們瞭解如何使用我們的肌肉群。
每次的訓練都包含了下半身、上半身和最重要的核心。我發現經過三個月的訓練,我的核心變的比較有力,也知道在日常生活中怎麼去運用核心,而不是一直用腰部的力量。這樣腰部才不會痠和背痛。最明顯的改變是氣色和體力都變很好,臉頰always有天然的腮紅。可以陪小翰寶山上下海,也沒那麼容易累。我最開心的是體態更好看了!

第二次跟張先生一起上健身房運動。這次Chris教練著重在我們的上半身的肌肉~這些是我平時練不到的地方,有點吃力但沒關係,先啟動再慢慢加強。
ps:今天沒有伴陪小翰寶玩~她只安靜了10分鐘畫畫接著就一直叫‘’媽媽‘’到我下課😅帶著孩子運動我容易嗎?!
