Exactly year ago flew all the way to Volvic, France to explore all these breathtaking volcanos 🇫🇷 and ran through them 🌋🏃🏽♀️🌋 tbh this experience is still unbelievable in my mind. When’d be the next crazy one?☺️

每逢年尾，就會開始回顧，人愈大感覺時間就過得更快，希望追求的也更多，因為渴望挑戰及榮譽，正正是人類的天性✨
回顧自己的2019年，最大得著還是在更多國家留下了足印，也登上了火山，跑了人生初馬，挑戰了世上最難的單車爬山賽，看似多不勝數，但同時總會有一些遺憾，總會覺得「下次一定會做得更好」! 想到這裏，我不其然對下一年更為期待。各式各樣的挑戰，還有訂下了很久的目標：挑戰full ironman，再加上大家的支持，令我能充滿火山力地往2020邁進。在即將掀下新一頁的同時，希望大家在每一個地方，每一個分秒，都能找到屬於自己的火山力，向心中那座最高的火山進發🏃🏾♂️🏃🏽♀️
It is high time to conclude my performance at the eve of 2019. I have tried a volcano race, full marathon, hardest bike racing on the world. Yet it is still a long way to go, and I hope that the show will go on nicely on 2020. Empowered by volcano, aim to the sky💫
