看似遙遙無期的疫情持續升溫，自主管理變得更嚴苛，沒有一刻能鬆懈，把原本已有輕微強迫症的我也升為第三級。除了平時鍛鍊，隨時保持生活上良好衛生，體內保養也沒在客氣，直到最近按摩師說，「你實在太緊繃了」才意識到內在的自己早已在無形中抗議，而我卻把她冷凍許久。
毛孔、肌膚、肌肉，甚至髮絲都在誠實地說，別忽略了你的內心。即使再好的作息，也敵不過孤身作戰的靈魂；即使再沈浸於無盡地工作中，也敵不過如夜寂寥的事實。
所以人啊，自我認知能力在這個時候可以好好派上用場，聽聽自己內心的聲音，問問自己想在不遠地將來擁有什麼，因為未來不算長，請做好想做的事，抱著想抱的人，成為想成為的樣子，照顧好自己視同照顧這個社會，無論你在何處，我們一起加油，好嗎？

國安法以外，其實最令人擔心的，是地緣政治衝突以至戰爭，有一觸即發之跡象。新冷戰下，中國面臨內外交困，「北韓化」之趨勢日益明顯 — 即對內加強控制維穩、對外以民族主義衝撞外國勢力。香港是原爆點，但台灣、東海、南海和中印邊境都是火藥庫。香港遠離戰爭已有75年之久，但潘朵拉盒子既已打開，我們必須做好各種準備。
Apart from National Security Law, the most worrying trend is geopolitical conflicts and wars are already on the horizon. In New Cold War, China is facing internal and external challenges and its “North Koreaization” is inevitable — internally stepping up stability preservation, while externally playing up nationalism and military brinkmanship against foreign forces. Hong Kong is the ground zero, with Taiwan, East China Sea, South China Sea and Sino-Indian borders being the powder keg. Hong Kong has been away from war for 75 years. But as the Pandora’s box has now been opened, we must get prepared for all possible scenarios.
