Smart Grid โครงขายไฟฟ้าอัจฉริยะ คืออะไร ทำงานยังไง ในยุคนี้หลายๆประเทศก็เริ่มนำเทคโนโลยี Smart Grid มาช่วยบริหารจัดการด้านพลังงานไฟฟ้าให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น Smart Grid เริ่มเป็นที่แพร่หลายและรู้จักกันในหลายๆประเทศ แต่สำหรับประเทศไทยเทคโนโลยี Smart Grid อาจจะเป็นเรื่องใหม่ของคนไทย
แต่ปัจจุบันนี้เทคนโนโลยี Smart Grid ก็เริ่มมีการใช้ในเมืองไทยกันแล้ว ซึ่งเป็นโครงการภายใต้ชื่อ Smart Metro Grid by MEA ของการไฟฟ้านครหลวง ซึ่งจะมาช่วยให้คนไทยใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธืภาพโดยมีหัวใจสำคัญคือการพัฒนาด้านมิเตอร์ให้ล้ำหน้ากว่าเดิมด้วย Smart Meter ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย 5 โครงการย่อย ต่อไปนี้
1. Advanced Metering Infrastructure สมาร์ทมิเตอร์ อ่านหน่วยอัตโนมัติและตรวจสอบข้อมูลได้
2. Transformer Load Monitoring วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและแจ้งเตือนเมื่อเกิดเหตุการณ์ผิดปกติที่หม้อแปลงจำหน่าย
3. Outage Management System เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารหม้อแปลงไฟฟ้าขัดข้อง ช่วยให้แก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างรวดเร็ว
4.Load Aggregator Management System รองรับนโยบายรัฐบาลด้าน Demand Response เมื่อมีข้อจำกัดด้านการผลิตไฟฟ้า
5. ICT Integration พัฒนาการสื่อสารและแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลด้านระบบงานต่างๆ ตามโครงการ Smart Metro Grid
นอกจากนี้ Smart Metro Grid ยังเป็นจุดเชื่อมโยงสำคัญในการสนับสนุนให้ประชาชนใช้พลังงานสะอาด Green Energy ที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อม มีการใช้รถยนต์พลังงานไฟฟ้า (EV)
