#HKEMacau Shunde Daliang style Fried Milk Rolls 順德大良炸牛奶 or 脆皮奶卷. 【太艮堡陳老太順德料理, Macau 🇲🇴】The most accurate version I have tried in Macau & Hong Kong context, no less because this is directly related to the original Shunde #毋米粥 brand, which I also love eating in Shunde for supper. It's just been renamed in Macau, because the namesake derived from its famous grain-less rice porridge is not good for 'gamblers luck' - as it also means literally no rice for eating! 🤣🤣🎰🎲♦️♣️💸💸

In most shops in HK, they do the thick batter coating version, which can also be found elsewhere in China or even nearby in 順德均安, etc but that had a different beginning then deviated. But most 大良 versions look like an open spring roll with Crispy skin nowadays. There are 2 to 3 restos in HK which also does this authentic version, but somehow the skins are too 'bready', compared to here or in Shunde Daliang itself.

【黃枝記, 澳門 Macau 🇲🇴】 滑蛋蝦仁炒麵 Scrambled Eggs & Prawns on Crispy Noodles. This item is actually off menu, it comes with 炒河粉 Hor Fun Noodles by default, but a long term fan of Wong Chi Kei will know its their fried noodles u need to order 😂😂. Although this shop is based in Macau, it actually had its own long term fans in Hong Kong, I remember @saiileee being one too. Back at least 2 decades + ago it had shops in Central 威靈頓街 (they took over the ex oldest 大利清湯腩位置 opposite Yung Kee) & also 駱克道, then around 10 years later after these folded, they reopened on next streets 士丹利街 & 謝斐道, Airport, 新界 etc as 2nd Wave.
