This is my first workout challenge video. My Under Armour bro @TheebaanG - MMA fighter and actor - gave me the honor of working out with him and totally killing us both in the process haha.
I call this Challenge - Who's The Hardest Worker In The Room - in honor of Project Rock. LOL
Here's what we did. The challenge is to go for as many reps as possible in the time given.
Section A - Work 20 mins
A1 - Romanian Deadlifts 5 reps tempo 5010
A2 - Barbell Shoulder Press 5 reps tempo 5010
Section B - Work 10 mins
B1 - Hanging knee Raises 10 reps tempo 2010
B2 - Leg Raises 10 reps tempo 2010
