來台灣之前一點都沒有想過吃素，不吃牛肉的事情。因為日本飲食之前很少這樣子的習慣
然後現在又有豬瘟問題
所以這次做這個肉醬的時候，我就會改成用雞肉
剛好舒康雞 @holsemchicken 有雞肉絞肉。但是一個問題是用雞肉做起來味道會很清爽。所以想到把雞腿肉切成小丁加進去
這樣子雖然清爽但會有肉感(肉的口感)吧
當然用牛肉或豬肉也沒有問題喔
然後食材的部份，沒有一定的量，所以量的增減看自己的喜好
這次我就做多一點，多的要冷凍保存
材料：雞肉1公斤，蕃茄罐頭3罐，洋蔥半個，紅蘿蔔1/3，台灣芹菜2株，大蒜2辮，橄欖油100cc，鹽巴，黑胡椒適量，肉荳蔻適量，月桂葉2片
做法：
雞腿肉切成小塊，蔬菜切成小丁
鍋中加入橄欖油開小火炒切丁蔬菜跟壓碎的大蒜炒10～20分鐘
接著加入雞肉，拌炒雞肉，雞肉表面變白色就加入蕃茄罐頭
滾了之後調味，然後放入月桂葉煮
(如果有時間慢煮1小時，沒時間也要煮半小時喔)，偶爾拌一下
最後用鹽巴黑胡椒調味
關火讓肉醬休息😄
分裝冷凍保存就之後會方便用喔❤

Sawadeeka, I feel like going to Bangkok or just anywhere in Thailand and have their amazing Tom Yam soup or dishes. OMG, don't we all miss traveling?
I found this thick sweet potato glass looking noodles and I feel like trying it out. I love glass noodles, the chewiness and texture are so easy and light to eat.
Ingredients for 8 servings :
. 2 packs of Korean Sweet Potato Noodles (I found in Lazada)
. shreded long beans
. shreded carrots
. shreded cabbage
. chopped one whole garlic
. chopped one whole onions
. 1/2kg minced chicken
. 3 to 4 big spoons of Tom Yam paste (any brand)
. 2 spoons of soya sauce
. 2 spoons oyster sauce
. white pepper
Garnishing :
. cut coriander
. cut spring onions
. sliced red chili
. fried onions
Trust me, you will love this noodles!
They are as see thru as my tulle top and Lala's dress. So sexy and romantic!
