北海道旭川好友來台，當然要來評比一下台灣壽司店🍣跟日本有什麼不同！
這回選用高砂酒造三支美酒來搭配 鮨一 Sushi Ichi板前壽司，法國產生蠔、北海道馬糞海膽、宜蘭紅喉、釧路秋刀魚、牡丹蝦、鮪魚大腹中腹都出場了！（今日選擇 お任せ套餐，含稅每人2200元）
搭配高砂酒造 利尻昆布梅酒、國士無雙生酒、國士無雙極釀大吟釀，美酒佳餚相輔相成，入口感受素材由產地新鮮直送，搭配北海道旭川佳釀的碰撞更是出色！

十一月到北海道，就開心大口喝咧！你不用跟Choyce一樣到處跑酒造參觀試喝，新千歲機場免稅店內，現正推出北海道產日本酒宣傳活動，整個十一月都有各家酒莊輪流展示並免費試飲，11月1～3日是小林酒造，11月4~10日是高砂酒造，11月11~17日是國稀酒造，11月18~19日是札幌酒精工業，11月20~30日是日本清酒。
每家都派出精選4~5款銘酒，由專人殷勤勸問要不要試喝，喝了喜歡再買回家，清酒試喝免費，現場買一瓶日本酒就送一個清酒巧口杯，買兩瓶送兩個，這是非常有紀念價值的日本好物，把握十一月道產日本酒促銷活動，回國之前先到新千歲空港免稅店採買日本酒喔（免稅店內也有台灣服務人員可說中文，聽到鄉音備感溫馨呢！
