前言： 不知道po這恰當否，不過這學院是跟F1有關係的，如不恰當我再刪除...個人最後
有收到最終測試的邀請。可惜人在軍中只能放棄機會（地點在香港）。
簡介：這學院最終目的是共有七位學員能獲得Infiniti 的贊助，其贊助內容為6個月在In
finiti 實習 以及6個月在在F1雷諾車隊實習，地點都在英國，其中包住保吃包交通還給
薪水。
七位學員全來自不同的區域；亞洲+大洋洲、中國、美國、加拿大、墨西哥、中東、歐洲
，裡面每個地區只會有一個人能拿到贊助的機會。
申請的步驟跟心得：
1. 先去官網註冊https://academy.infiniti.com
2016年的時候是要錄一段自介的影片，我就放棄了，太懶而且英文有障礙...
2017年只要丟cv就可，根本超佛，我忘記我什麼時候投的了，應該是在2016年尾的時候申
請的。
2. 這時候已經2017/4，假如他們認為合格後，會寄六條問題來，印象中問題如下：
1. Why do you think you should win the INFINITI engineering academy?
2. If you could chose any industry figurehead to your work colleague who would
it be and why?
3. What job do you see yourself doing in 5 years and would that be the automot
ive or motorsport industry?
4. What are your 3 key strengths?
5. Where is the most transferable technology from F1?
6. What is it about automotive and motorsport project that ignites your engine
ering passion?
第7是上他官網有問過其他當選的學員的問題之一，第8則是寄信來的時候問的問題

3. 2017/7月收到來信。合格後，就會寄信通知你要Skype interview, 這階段我準備了自
介跟上述一些題目還有要問面試官的一些題目。
面試官問的問題跟上面的差不多，其他有問的就是了不了解這學院在幹嘛，能否有資格英
國工作一年等家常便飯的問題，感覺起來就是再測試英文能力而已。
我準備了下列的問題回問面試官，不過只有問第三項跟還有臨時加問面試官我的cv去歐洲
找賽車相關的工作有需要再補一個相關的碩士學位嗎？
下面英文爛爛的就隨意跳過吧...
1. What can I learn?
2. What should I prepare?
3. What can I improve in this interview?
4. What kind of people is inifiniti academy need?
4. 2018/8 距離interview大約一個星期就收到晉級至最後測驗了，地點在香港....人在
軍中，身不由己，接下來的測驗內容只能靠其他神人補完了 ，總之這階段就是去該區域
的集合點進行最終測驗，過程包吃包住包機票，為期兩天一夜，最後一天會公布人選。
後話：人生就是這樣，我根本沒想過能進到最後階段，中間還以為是詐騙集團QQ, 等真的
有機會了又因為當兵問題而錯失掉。

我去香港參加最後測試又是另外一家公司...

我看以往的影片應該是一些團隊合作的小測試，主要看合作性、領導能力、還有提出解決
方案的一些能力.所以應該沒賽車xd(畢竟亞洲區的最終測驗是在香港）
本身只有參加過台灣的機車比賽，目前在軍中xD
