【唐鳳教你如何辨識數位民主與數位威權！】
美國人工智慧國家安全委員會（NSCAI）7/13首度舉辦 #全球新興科技峰會 （Global Emerging Technology Summit），講到科技議題，台灣的數位政委 #唐鳳 當然是不二人選，她以預錄影片方式發表演說，征服（增幅）群眾。
🔹談到 #數位民主
唐政委講到數位有「透明」的概念，但是透明像斯斯一樣有兩種；在台灣，數位民主的「透明」基礎是 #互信，讓政府對人民透明，但對數位威權而言，「透明」則是讓人民對國家透明，用數位工具來 #監控 人民。
🔹談到 #應對假訊息 及 #科技抗疫
唐政委也向來賓分享台灣用「幽默戰勝謠言」應對假訊息，以及「口罩地圖」、「1922簡訊實聯制」等科技防疫方式，她也指出台灣遵循數位治理民主模式，政府也與私部門合作，在人工智慧、半導體產業、打擊假訊息及先進基礎建設網絡上都有優勢，是美國及民主國家的可靠夥伴。

✔️美國國務卿布林肯（Antony Blinken）、國防部長Lloyd Austin、商務部長Gina Raimondo及國安顧問蘇利文（Jake Sullivan）等出席發表演說，#駐美大使蕭美琴也應邀出席實體會議。

Taiwan’s Digital Minister Audrey Tang was among the speakers at the #US National Security Commission on Artificial Intelligence’s recent Global Emerging Technology Summit.
In a pre-recorded speech, Minister Tang described how emerging technologies have been used to improve #DigitalDemocracy in #Taiwan, and how the government has built trust with the public through transparency of governance. She also talked about the ways Taiwan has been tackling disinformation with a fast, fair and fun “humor over rumor” strategy to tackling the #infodemic.
