低温煎焗挪威三文魚柳磨菇香檳汁 ($188) Slow Cook Norway Salmon Fillet with Champagne Cream Sauce (HKD188)

Have a perfectly cooked salmon fillet, complete with crisp skin and juicy meat. The salmon was soft and I was enthralled by it. Served with a side of champagne cream sauce, a delicious and healthy dish for supper.

三文魚煎得非常好，魚皮煎至脆身，肉質依然鮮嫩，伴上奶滑的磨菇香檳汁，雖然不至完美，但既好味又是紅肉外的清新選擇。
